Drive Thru On 4/20/24 I received the worse costumer service during a visit to your store, Cashier Eshia Y seem to have an attitude, rude, while placing my order I requested to have mayo and Ketchup for 5 double California burger meals, from the start cashier Eshia Y. Reflected frustration on her responses while taking my order, at window she was rude, refuse cash, fustrated and lacked of concentration for she handed me a ice cream cookie, then rudely said that’s not yours as she received the cookie back (my order had an I cream cone) when I received my order, I notice only 3 pack of mayo and ketchup for 5 double burger meals, when another employee handed me the ice cream cone, I requested more Mayo and ketchup, the person kindly handed some more ketchup and said the tray is out of Mayo, and went back to work, then Eshia came back and said rudely I already gave you Mayo and ketchup is in the bag, I said may I please have some more Mayo, again rudely she said we are out of Mayo and slammed the drive thru window without giving me the opportunity to request any other condiments, I drove to the main entrance walked in to the store went to the drink and condiments area and yes, there were plenty of Mayo, everybody in the kitchen started looking at each other surprise I walked into the store, as if they knew what just happened, so grabbed me a few bags and walked out. I went through the drive-through on 6/28 @10:45pm. I paid with an American Express gift card. The young man did not give my card back right away. He called someone over(I'm assuming a manager) and proceeded to put his back against the drive-through windows so I couldn't see directly in. About 5 minutes later, he gave us our food and told us the card didn't go through, but we could just take the food. He gave my card back, and I thought it was odd that he didn't ask for a different form of payment. I figured maybe since they were about to close, they would have to throw it away anyway. I tried to check my card to see if the transaction did indeed go through, but I couldn't get through, like something had the card jammed. I then checked again in the morning, not only to find out that the charge went through, but there was another charge that occurred at 1 am for an online service called yamibuy.com for $78.60 which I did not purchase. I went back to the restaurant to let the manager know that someone had stolen my card information. I could see the two associates at the register, and I'm not sure if they wrote down my card information or took a picture. The day manager took my name/number and called the owner. The owner said he would look at the footage to see what happened. I have called back 3 times with no answer to what happened. No one has ever called me back. 4/22/2023: Done with this fast food location. Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and onion rings. onion rings were cold and had absolutely no onion flavor, just breading. Chicken sandwich was worst I have ever had. Dry, mealy and tasted "old". No way it had been cooked within an hour of getting it. Pickles on it were dry and shriveled. Neighbor ordered double cheese with everything. She got 2 plain, dry patties on a bun that was so salty, she couldn't eat it. No cheese or anything else on it. Staff bordered on rude when she took it back to the counter. Staff took the burger out, looked it over ( no gloves), put it back in box and told her it was fixed as ordered and gave it back to her to eat (After touching all over it, yuk!). Will never recommend!!!!!!

Old review. Hit or miss with this fast food location. When they hit the mark, it is excellent I've eaten here about once a week since they opened and never had a good meal twice in a row. Last week, the double cheese burger with grilled onions and cheese only was one of the best burgers I've had. Ordered the exact same meal today, burger had pickle, mustard, raw onion and burnt grilled onions. Burger was dry and edges were burnt crunch. Fries were so salty, I didn't eat them. ...
