Came in to treat myself to a manicure since I'm having a baby tomorrow. One of the nail techs was laying on the couch playing on his phone, the one who helped me asked what I wanted and I told him I wanted a basic manicure. I sat in his chair, the table was filthy, he removed my existing polish, buffed off my cuticle with the oldest buffer that had clearly been used on quite a few other clients because the actual emory was worn down to the foam, (which is a health code violation to reuse those utensils which can't be sanitized) and told me to wash my hands. I came back and he told me to pay, so assuming I was getting a full service manicure, I planned on paying with a card. Apparently he didn't understand that I wanted a manicure, since I told him I just wanted regular polish not gel polish, when I first arrived, so my bill was only $7. Which is for a polish change. He was clearly annoyed and asked if that was all I had and if I had no cash, and I said no. He ran my card and I tipped him $1, since I literally could have painted my own nails as terribly as he did. I brought my own polish and topcoat which are usually brands that places up charge for since they are the seven day no chip by Vinylux. Once he started painting my nails, he stopped after every nail to talk to the other techs there and I was treated as a burden who could wait. There's bubbles in my top coat, there's actual polish on my finger tips and cuticles and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever return myself. Worst experience ever and I'm not even picky. And as a licensed cosmetologist, this place breaks so many state laws on cleanliness and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this location twice and the first time was good. The lady that did my pedicure was very detailed and helped me with choosing my color. The second lady that did my nails was very nice. Then I went back two weeks later today in fact and just got my nails done. I believe the manger did my nails this time but she was extremely rude. She dresses very pretty and is a older short lady. Well, she was very rough with my hands as far as pulling and twisting very hard. Once it was time to polish my nails, three Caucasian women walked in and of course she properly greeted them but left my hands with three fingers polished and was gone until I asked her to come back so lie 10 minutes. She literally stopped everything thing she was doing to assist them with polish. Also, right before they came I asked her to help me with choosing between two colors and she couldn't help. I had already paid after I washed my hands and even gave a tip because the nails look good even without polish so I was truly excited. After my nails dried because I always do gel polish she told me nothing in regards to have a good day or your welcome when I said thank you. Then as I was walking out the door (keep in mind I already paid) the same lady stops me and insults my integrity as if I didn't just pay her. So I would recommended this place for nails because the quality is great but the customer service is super prejudice. I wanted to find a new salon closer to my house and I thought did but I won't be going back there because your not going to disrespect my intergirty in front of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST nail salon Iāve ever been to. The guy that was doing my nails had a terrible attitude. I went in there just wanting acrylic powder over my real nail. He told me that that was not my real nail when it really was. He was mad because he wanted probably wanted more money and to put tips on them. Next he asked me what color and I asked for white. He said white would be an extra three dollars. He also told me that I needed to do gel but I didnāt want gel. I just wanted plain nail polish because gel was an extra $10 and I paint my nails way to much to get gel every single time. He had a really bad attitude and kept shaking his head and rolling his eyes. I stayed calm but it kept getting worse. He was doing a terrible job on the nails didnāt even push my cuticles back, trim my nails, and when I asked him to file them he said it would be an extra five dollars. I was beyond mad at this point and was having a terrible experience so I just told him to stop and I got up (had to pay ) and left . He barely did anything to my nails and still charged me $20 without my nails being cut, painted, filed, or anything. I will never be back. The guy manicurist will charge you for every little thing...
