Wendy's — Restaurant in Spencer

I don't review often, but when I do, it's either because the service is the best, or the worst I have experienced. The Spencer Wendy's location, specifically, is the best Wendy's location within a 50 mile radius. They gladly accept all the app deals, promotions, and franchise gimmicks currently happening so my family saves the most money possible. Recently, heaven forbid, I had to pull over and wait for 90 seconds extra for my drive through order so they could make fresh eggs for the sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwiches (of which I ordered 5). My family ate breakfast for under $10, all the food was awesome, and surprise, they added a breakfast fries to the order gratis! So again, I drive out of my way to frequent this specific Wendy's. Hats off to the uplifting team there that put in the effort making...

Will not be going back to this one. I have spent a good chunk of money here and I have nothing but issues every time. I'm pregnant with diabetes. I am unable to eat most of anything. I have to specifically be craving something in order to eat it. I have yet to be able to eat today still because my body is rejecting everything. I made an order. It went through. Money was taken from my account. Instead of JUST MICROWAVING THE STUPID FOOD I ORDERED(which is literally all that they had to do)they canceled my order and told me to kick rocks. "we don't know why the app lets you do that". Well I don't know why anyone let's people who refuse to give good service to others have a service job. Thanks for nothing. When you get a new team, I might come back. Maybe fix the app so I don't spend money for no reason. Or just not be...

Wendy's food has always been good, and so in my opinion they deserve no lower then 3 stars, But this particular Wendy's, seemed to be in a bit of a rush for no discernable reason, there were very few customers. Then again I don't really have a good idea of working times seeing as how I haven't worked a day in my life, at least not professionally, so they may have been a short ways away from quitting time, but regardless, I asked for unsweetened tea, and got regular. At first glance this seems like it's not such a big deal right? Nope, all the drinks were sweet tea, all of them, even our 4 year old's tiny cup had sweet tea in it. One drink was supposed to Vitamin Water, another unsweet tea, and the last on, just Juice....
