Our visit to this location was a real bust. Don't think we've ever had a bad experience at a Wendy's. It was really bad timing for them to drop the ball-we had just finished work, picked up our 2yr old & we were in a time crunch to pick up our daughter from the bus. By time crunch I mean we had approx 30 min to stop at A FAST FOOD place to get/eat lunch. We Pre-Ordered for dine in to make the process quickerđ. As we walked in the counter employee printed our ticket (I went over checked in with him to let him know we were there & he confirmed my name is how I know) & he put it over on the counter for the crew to get ready. As we waited my husband became impatient-he watched another couple walk in a few minutes after us, order at the counter & get their food for dine in before us (this happened twice). So I went up to ask how much longer. Turned out they weren't working on our order at all!...didn't even have the ticket at the counterđ¤¨? At this point it was 10 minutes past when we Entered Wendy's. Waited more while they couldn't pull up my order, finally they got it printed & gave it to crew Again. No one said put a rush on this, just focused on drive thru. I finally asked for Manager at almost 20 minutes in-she was sitting in Lobby the Entire time...explains a lot for my experience. She went over to kitchen, I followed, she asked what happened he told her they lost my ticket & were now working on order, she turned to me & said they are getting it ready nowđ¤Ż-obviously I knew that they had been working on it for the past 9 min, not counting the previous 10 they weren't! Her lack of management & willingness to try to rectify the situation frustrated me more then all of it. She didn't seem to care that we had at this point been waiting 20 minutes for our order & that employee incompetency caused it & didn't have a problem showing it. By the time we got the food for 4 people-3 burgers, 3 fries, nuggets it was all jammed in one bag & we were at 24 min. We were lucky we got the food cause we had to leave within minutes. It shouldn't take 20+min to grab food at dine in fast food when you get it in under 5 in drive thru. The Wendy's App told me the order would be ready within 5 min. My advice-dont order online...
Read moreWhile ordering a 5 pc nugget for my 5yr old son, the man taking my order rudely said "We haven't made a 5 piece for 8 years." I also asked for 3 butter and 3 s. cream for a potato, he listed 5 sour cream. I said I asked for 3 of each, not 6 sour cream, he said "it's actually 5 sour cream" I checked the order on screen, then paid. I returned and fed my son. A sec later he was crying, saying the nuggets are burning his mouth. I thought he was just whiney, but checked and saw they were spicey nuggets. I called to speak with the mgr. She was the mgr. I explained I thought this man did it on purpose, changing the order afterwards. She was courteous, but also said the man is known to have attitude problems; all she could do was send a coupon. I am astonished an employee with a known attitude problem is allowed to remain here. My son is crying, and since the person taking my order was SO sure about everything, I am sure he did it on purpose. I recommend removing him, as he is risking not only your reputation, but a lawsuit for causing harm to a child. There could be much worse scenarios involving an order changed to "get back" at someone. My son is still awake. Update 06/16/2022 We finally went back. Guess what, they forgot two items, a medium drink and a frosty for my son who just won his first baseball game. I called to let them know, the âmanagerâ said I had to come back and get a replacement, but is was 9pm and my kids have to go to bed. I asked if he could mail me something, but he said, yeah, but why canât you just come in physically. I again said I canât, my kids are going to bed. He refused. I asked for a manager and that is when he said he was manager. I highly doubt that. I worked for Wendyâs for 4 years and this is not how we handle it. Go to...
Read moreSeeing so many negative reviews that are so outlandish and false to where I am laughing uncontrollably. You shouldn't have to write a review basically saying "My fries were cold and I am gonna childishly leave a review thinking its gonna do anything" no not how it works. You get what you get and don't throw a fit, you wanna throw a fit stay home and cry to mommy. These people get so swamped that they have to make 30 plus item orders because people want to try feeding their family of 2 adults and 2 kids like if they're feeding a village. Y'all need a life and shouldn't be complaining over every little thing that makes you childishly mad. Accept your luke warm fries because they're NEVER cold unless you're purpously holding them infront of your car's air vents to get free fries. Better yourselves and stop being scam artist.
Also stop with the whole enter the back end to turn left then right into the drive thru, it doesn't save you any time at all and doing that is dangerous, if you want to cause an accident do it somewhere else. I shouldn't have to slam on my brakes because you people are in such a rush you have no care for other human lives or your own. I will laugh when they install a guard rail system that blocks people from entering that way it honestly should happen because I should have to play chicken with every entitled driver out there that can't take the extra 6 seconds to go around and enter the drive...
