So i am post that as the food was good i would tell anyone , do your own pick up order , the first 8 pictures are from the my first order , both pizza had been tipped , the Chicken bacon ranch had been tipped so much that all the topping had slid all the way to the right side and off the pizza , most of my sons pepperoin was the same there was a few pices he could eat to hold him over tell the remake order came in which it only reason it is getting 4 stars , when i called and spoke with the manger explained what happed , she expressed how sorry she was that they use slice/doordash and they are told not to tip any of the food, i explained that this was the very first time we had ever order from them and wanted to try it to see how it was. even stated that i was willing to send back the ones the were runied by the driver . one pic has a some missing beacuse how do you explain to a 6yr that they have to wait for a new pizza because the driver tipped their pizza . the manger then told me that they would redo the order at no charge to us. and asked me to hold and had me speak to the owner in which i explained everything again, he told me he would be reaching out to doordash and then stated he would call me back , in which he did letting me know i would be hearing from thier mangment team next week . let him know i did take pictures to show that i was not making it up and willing to send them to who every wanted them . so manger and owner are very nice and understanding , but wont be doing delivery with them again take out only . they even comped use 2 Tiramisu's for the trouble the driver caused up . the manger even called back to let me know that the reorder was about to be sent out . POR: manger and owner are great and understanding food it good. CON: only do take out do not have it...

Used to support this place especially because me and my friends fancied the pizza, but after today’s incident I’m not going to support a business that isn’t consistent with their portions and also give attitude when customers are in the right. I have ordered calamari to go from here in the past and the portion was good. When I ordered the same thing today and opened it once I got home, I was shocked to see a small handful of fried calamari in the container. What a joke! For $20!? I came back and told the nice girl my concern and she got her dad to help me and he started giving me hard attitude, stressing the “fact” that they only receive about $3 in profit for this calamari and even had the audacity to ask me, “Do you even know how much these are nowadays?” That’s not my fault that inflation is on the rise and that you’re scamming your customers. When he left the counter for a bit after he was venting, a fellow customer who was about to order with a menu in his hand even asked me what I bought and pointed out the price of $17– he agreed that it was absurd. I appreciated the fact that this guy chose to refund me but his commentary and attitude was unnecessary, especially because my point was very fair and I did NOT initiate this attitude. Never going back to this trash biz again and fix your...

Definitely taking Dinardis off the list. Not for the reason you’d expect because the pizza is actually excellent. We got the meat lovers and aside from it being too light on toppings (as per my previous review), was delicious. It was super busy on a Friday night so the time to order is what one would expect. They REALLY need more than one pizza maker! There was constantly 6-10 tickets on the rail so the pizzas just creeped out if the kitchen. Maybe look at adding oven capacity, too. The reason we’re writing this place off is that they’re RIPPING OFF their customers!! Their menu give one price but they ring it up more! Our large pizza was on the menu as $26.95, we were charged $28.95. Garlic knots on the menu at $9.95, we were charged $10.95. Drink prices aren’t even listed on the menu so we don’t even know how much we were overcharged! Instead of fixing it or taking it to the higher level, we were told that’s how just how they rang up. Besides, the guy making pizzas was too busy yelling at us that the Sicilian would take over an hour. Definitely filing a complaint for violating the Washington consumer...
