McDonald's — Restaurant in Spokane

From putting in your order at the speaker to receiving your meal, my experience at this McDonald's location took around 3 minutes. Total!!! Amazing. I say, with the up most confidence, that fast food/ drive-thru times, have gone "thru" the roof. I know you've noticed it. But this location on North Nevada St. (In the Gonzaga district) in North Spokane, absolutely did it right. The gentleman who took my order was prompt and attentive the second I had my window down (As well as patient because I was ordering for someone else too). He repeated my order and gave me my total for the amount due. The reason I like this vs. giving you your total at the 1st window where you normally have to pay is this gives you a moment to get your payment ready ahead of time. This makes your experience faster and for the restaurant to keep power drive-thru times through out the day. After paying, I drove to the second window and within 30 seconds, I had our lunch and a sincere thank you from the lady handing me my food in record time. I live right in this area so I used to go to this McDonald's all the time alot of my extra money was spent here. Then I didn't go at all for about a month or so cause my life just got really busy. When I finally did go back with my friend for a Sunday on Sunday. We were both seated in a booth enjoying our Sundays when an employee walked up and informed me rudly ( like I had already been informed. But hadn't) that I wasn't supposed to be there. That in the past I had already been kicked out for supposedly cursing out the previous manager a summer before. I informed her she most have the wrong person my friend even said that didn't sound like something I would do. She replied with I'll go get the manager. Who wouldbt k ow anyways because he did not work here at this time. And once returning with the manager they threatened to call police and I told them no need I would leave. So then I called the corporate office to try to resolve the situation and that is a long drawened out process where someone would review it and get ahold of me. What the heck is going on here do they realize we're in Spokane not Compton??? Like a caged McDonald's that were not invited into. Who the hel makes a walk up McDonald's. this place is always busy I think it's because the local college students think they're being thugs or rebels going to the hood but you guys were in Spokane, what the heck is going on here why did they even make a McDonald's if you can't you know have a McDonald's that's complete in this location the window is ridiculous it's like some futuristic fast food that we have in the middle of the apocalypse. I have gotten out of my vehicle once and that was only cuz I try to figure out how to get in place, I will never go up to that window again. For the fast food location is convenient and the drive-thru works and that employees do not completely and utterly suck though I think they're caged atmosphere has Clayton effect on their social skills. Go here if you need to but don't try to find the door to get in because you can't cuz you're not as cool new employees and it does a zombie apocalypse...
