Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Spokane

I love their pizza which is why I'm giving them 2 stars! However, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere if you dont like everything that comes on their pizzas. I have 2 pizzas that I like, the Big Murphy stuffed and the chicken and bacon stuffed. However I do not like onions or olives. About 30% of the time when I request these be removed from the pizza they actually do. A good 70% of the time they are not. When we called in to report the error we were told to put it as an allergy even though that isn't the case and we dont feel that they would even acknowledge it if they cant even read a slip asking them to be removed. The $20 pizza I bought was inedible for me and they said that they were about to close and would send a coupon for a free pizza to compensate for the error. That was over two weeks ago and we haven't seen anything in the mail. As much as I like their pizza I am hesitant to ever order food from them again as they cant seem to get my order right. I live out by Medical Lake and Cheney and work at Northtown. On my way home I was going to order on line to get 25% off. I got to the end and couldn't remember the code. I went in the Papa Murphys and told them the problem. The lady waiting on me said there was no 25% coupon. I said I had coupons, not 25% ones, at home. The employee ask if someone can send me a picture to show her. Well no one was at home. One of the pizza makers ask if the order taker could go on line to find me a coupon, what a sweetheart and the order taker said there's no 25% coupons. I'd have loved the $3 off ones I had at home.. No help from the order taker so I said to just forget it. She said ok, have a nice day. I wish I could take a picture of the coupons I have here at home. My husband went to Airway to get our pizza. We usually go to this location and the store is bright and clean and you're greeted as soon as you walk in which is nice. I had a great coupon which I received in a mailer: 25% off your order of $25 or more. I got 3 pizzas and they looked and tasted great this time. Occasionally the toppings are skimpy...idk how this happens as they weigh the toppings. Anyway, we got a large all meat which my husband loved 😋 Also had a chicken garlic pizza that had a generous amount of chicken and tasted really good! We also got a 'create your own' pizza that was also really good 👍. Everyone was nice, we got to watch the pizzas being made and we ate them for dinner and lunch the next day and had a decent coupon.
