Horrible experience with this company! We purchased a floor model bed and dresser set. We were told it was in good shape, just had a couple dings- just sat on the floor.
Two months after we purchased the bed, it collapses on us and our two young children. Mind you we are not big people and the kids were not jumping. Upon looking at the aftermath, it was apparent it collapsed because it was missing half of the support legs and a few support bars. Upon inspecting it even closer, there were many missing screws and most upsetting, a part on the back was cracked completely in half and they added 6 screws to hold it together and painted over it. Due to the location of this, this could not have been seen when viewing the product in store.None of this was disclosed to us prior to purchase, or when the bed was being assembled in our home and missing a significant amount of the structural supports. My baby could’ve been seriously injured when this bed collapsed.
We called and spoke with customer service a while after the incident, they decided they would replace the bed. Upon the delivery day, we’re informed that they will not replace the bed, and they will only replace the slats.
I’ve requested to speak with a manager multiple times, but have been turned down every time.
This business should not be trusted. This was sneaky, dishonest and put my family at risk....

Initially my experience was great and I won’t take that initial review back... but now over a month later I still haven’t received my ottoman. Paperwork says “date promised 2/2/2021”... okay I completely understand things happen... but I received a voice mail saying it was delayed and to call back if I have any questions... I have tried calling multiple times multiple days and cannot get through. They say on their automated message you can “text” this number and reach someone, so I did. But they refuse to call me, they give me attitudes and excuses through these text messages. They are avoiding me. I don’t have time to drive across town to their store working full time and being a single mom. This is terrible service and I am not happy with them. I completely understand delays can happen, but I can’t even get an answer as to when it may be arriving or anything! Terrible service and I am considering canceling my order and taking my business elsewhere! I spent nearly $400, I deserve a phone call and an answer.

Read moreI purchased a sectional couch early July. The price was unbeatable and the salesman was great! I was told my furniture should arriving on July 26.(I fully understand backed up distribution)
I’m giving this company an overall two star rating for the following reasons: I attempted to contact the company over 5x in regards to when my couch was scheduled to arrive. I was placed on hold for over 30 mins every time I called and still was not able to speak to a representative.
I received 3x calls from the company indicating that I would be contacted when my order arrives. None of the calls I received stated my order EVER arrived.
I finally used the text customer service application and was provided with the response,”We appreciate your patience. At this time our wait time to speak with an agent is 36 minutes.” Through this text service I found out that my order should arrive at the store on 08/05/2020.
On 8/5/2020, ( 4:30pm) I walk into the store and talk to a representative to get information about my purchase.
The only employee in the store was blunt and unhelpful. Thank you for rudely letting me know that I can’t pick up my order until Saturday 8/8/2020.
Needless to say I walked out of the store disappointed. Is this what $2,000 gets you these days?
