If I could give a negative review I would.
Food is always cold and the service is poor at best.
The manager Ian agreed to give us a a new order when we came back again due to bad service over and over as long as i showed him a bank statement which i did so I thought all was good…his DM Anna had also told us the same. In the prior visit.
(Everybody loves panda and it’s close by so we visit often and about 50 percent of the time it’s wasted due to being cold or just being onions instead of protein)
So we come in to cash in on this “complimentary let’s us make it right meal”
They Made us wait then told us no after 20 minutes waiting. . No receipt was the cause so the receipt they put in the bag that I throw away after eating the terrible food wasn’t there so they couldn’t make it happen. Cop out for sure.
To elaborate they’re always out of the food so it’s a wait (which I understand) but I sat there and watched them make multiple orders of the food and give it to customers in line instead of us the ppl who were waiting in for said food. .
Also if I’m waiting for fresh food WHY IS IT STILL COLD AND HARD!?
We pay xtra for steak and get nothing but mushrooms in the HALF size serving they gave us
So not only do we pay more for this “premium item” we end up with half the serving and it being mushrooms only instead of the steak we pay for.
Super disappointed to be treated like this by one of my favorite place close by to dine at
I had THREE bad visitors before I finally decided to make a complaint, then this is how they wanted to handle it.
Cmon...
Read moreI honestly don't understand. Panda Express is a glorified buffet and yet somehow they are glacially slow to fulfill orders. There isn't a line in the drive thru, there isn't a crowd in the lobby, how on Earth is this location consistently 20-30 minutes behind schedule for literally any order, especially doordash/uber, etc? It's a farce. The employees are active and doing things, but somehow Panda Express has unlocked the ability to minimize efficiency more than anyone in human history. This isn't intended as a diss to the front line employees, clearly there is something in how management wants things done that makes it impossible for the employees to do their job effectively. Also I'm assuming management intentionally understaffs to save $ on labor while simultaneously complaining that "no one wants to work" and we as customers are just accepting unacceptable customer...
Read moreThere was quite a wait to just order tonight, which is understandable, however, when I finally made it to the window I could see the staff dishing the plates was not wearing a hairnet or gloves (just half hour ago 6/3/25) and I wasn't given any soy sauce or napkins. I had a very, very long day so I parked to eat. I was at the end of their lot. An employee backed into the spot next to me. Mind you, it's 9 pm and the lot is near empty. He parks and hits my car with his door. I said "bro!" And he goes " oh sorry" and walks into the restaurant! I wanted to go in and say how crappy that was even though he didn't damage my car, but I left instead. I don't think he meant to, but how can you pretend it didn't happen, barely apologize and just go into work. Didn't make the long day any better but I will say this is a first and I do love their food. Just not the best experience...
