Unfortunately our experience was not a good one, which is very unfortunate since we were SO excited to go! Husband and myself went for dinner on a weeknight.. Service was very slow and place was not crowded. He ordered the vermicelli w/ grilled pork and egg rolls. I ordered the steak Pho. The vermicelli with egg rolls and pork was actually just a small bowl of lettuce, 4 mini egg rolls, and some chopped pork with some small noodles at the bottom. Overall, a salad. Husband asks server if he can exchange this entree for another since it just isn't what he thought and frankly, he doesnt like or want a salad. The egg rolls had a very fishy taste. Meanwhile I am eating the steak pho, which was meh..very underseasoned/bland, not good quality steak, wasnt tender, and just lacking flavor all around. Small portion. I eat about 60% of my meal while waiting for husbands replacement to come out before I noticed a gnat floating in the broth and pointed this out. Server comes by and asks "how is your meal, sir" when theres clearly only 1 bowl on the table and its mine and it isn't being touched. Server walks away and refills cant be given. ANYWAYS.. His Pho comes out 30 minutes later, and he says the same thing I did. Poor quality meat, bland flavor, tastes like something is off and small portion for price. He eats maybe 20% of meal.
We ask for our check. We of course are charged for #1 my pho, #2 the honeydew smoothie husband had, #3 the pho my husband ordered...and then #4 the vermicelli and egg rolls we sent back. When I asked why (because keep in mind we switched the vermicelli for another entree), they stated because we ordered it and didnt matter if we ate it or not. They offered to take 10% off, which is $1.30, but we must still pay for the entree not eaten and sent back.
$50 meal. $15 for husbands pho, $13 for mine, $13 for vermicelli, $5 for smoothie. Unfortunately I don't think we...

That call answering questions, not greeting. Excuse is excuse. Train your staff better and improve your service. We were not the only one that left. We did sit long enough for people to come to say Hi and give us menus, sorry if it wasnāt exactly 5min? And you didnāt say anything about the dirty tables? Thatās wrong too I guess? not related, but Iām confused why you signed your name with a bunch of titles like that because itās totally irrelevant to the conversation. I can do that too but again, not related. Please save those titles and do better
Original review: First time here, will never come back. no one greet us when weāre in, we just look around, found a table and sit, confusing what to do next thereāre a few tables still have food and drinks left, not clean yet. Look gross, who knows how long theyāre there? we sit for 5min, no one come greet us, give us the menu or anything. The 2 employees were just standing there chit chat, not seem busy at all. thereās another table also left, looks like theyāre been waiting longer than us. Totally ridiculous and disrespectful to customerās time. If you guys are super busy and understaffed I would understand. You guys not even busy, there were just a few tables have customers (like 3-5), there were dirty dishes no one clean⦠Please have respect to people time if you want to stay long in this business. I will never come back and wonāt recommend any friends or family...

I've ordered from Boss Tea and Pho multiple times now, and they never disappoint! Their Pho is absolutely delicious, with rich, consistent flavor and generous portions. I have ordered the beef, chicken, and veggie options, along with extra noodles, broccoli, and carrots. The way they package the soup is perfect ā noodles, meat, and veggies in one container, broth in another, and a baggie with bean sprouts, lime, and jalapeƱos. Everything arrives fresh and ready to assemble.
Their Banh Mi sandwiches are equally amazing. I've tried the grilled pork, teriyaki chicken, and lemon chicken, and each one has been fantastic. The grilled pork is my favorite! The bread is always soft, and the pickled carrots and radishes add a great crunch. Plus, the fact that these sandwiches are less than $5 is incredible.
All my orders have been through Uber Eats, and you can tell they take great care in packaging everything. I feel truly blessed to have such a great Vietnamese restaurant nearby....
