Horrible Customer Service! I went in to buy my makeup, walked over to the Estee Lauder counter. No one was there. A group of employees were standing by another counter gossiping and talking about their private life. I could see them so I know they could see me but no one came to help until I went to them. Then apparently there is only one person that works with Estee Lauder and she was at lunch. So they could sell me something but not any questions or be of any help. The Clinique lady came and tried to help me but then passed me off to Vanessa when someone came up to the Clinique counter.... while I was in mid sentence with her. Vanessa basically couldn't help at all except to find the one concealer that I got. But told me I could wait 45 minutes for the Estee Lauder lady to come back. She took me fo her counter to ring me up. I asked to speak with a manager. I slid my card to pay and then she went to help another customer leaving my transaction half finished so I had to wait for her to come back. The manager came and I explained what was happening and there was no care in the world except to make excuses for her staffs poor behavior. I much rather take the extra time to drive to Ocala where they have excellent Customer service and treat their customers nicely! I will not be returning...

I also saw little or barely any people inside I think because the prices are kind of high, but they do have discounts and coupons and loyalty programs and all kinds of other incentives to try to get you to come in, but why donāt they just put the price down? Why do I have to have a coupon or some kind of You know loyalty membership that gives me a discount when all I wanna do is just buy some shoes or some socks why is it so difficult?
I wasnāt really impressed with the customer service. There was maybe three or four people that supposedly had a name tag on they were walking around. They look like drones. They literally did not even acknowledge me or you can come try to help me or anything like that that was just walking around going through the motions like little robot I mean itās kind of sad that look like they had no personality emotions. It looks like they were just so so so so over being or working there because obviously nobody wants to work who wants to work you...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI came to return an item in September, I was not walking good and the worker in jewlery watched as I hobbled over to customer service knowing it was closed. I went over to the worker who nastily said try over there, no one was working in that dept either so I left. I went back a month later and as waiting in line a manager was yelling at a customer at the customer service, It was my turn and now was offered one quarter of the price of my item because the machine could not find the credit card I used. Bad things happened in my life so by the time I contacted customer service on the phone they could not help me saying the time limit was over for the damaged item I received. I understand it is my fault not calling right after two bad instances but I also didnt expect a broken car or losing a few members in my family. I tried twice so they should add my return time from that point. I would never buy from them again, Bealls is one thousand times better...
