McDonald's — Restaurant in Spring Hill

I thought I would come on here and say something I went here after my work shift with my bf to get some sweets for my family it was 9:30 ish and it was a big order but I can remember it it was 2 apple pies, one 10 piece nugget,1 hot fudge sundae, 1 strawberry milkshake, 2 Oreo McFlurrys, 2 snickers McFlurrys. We also didn’t get a recipe and I was trying to remember everything in my head we received one bag and one cup holder with 4 drinks keep in mind we ordered 6 the bag was fine it had the apple pies and nuggets but the drinks were not it’s my fault that I hadn’t notice the screw up at first but when we were in the car we did I called to let them know that I was missing two drinks I ordered six and only got 4 but when I called the worker on the other line was very rude she said “well I saw her make them and Ik that I gave you all 4 drinks i can get my manager tomorrow and pull up them cameras to show you” that’s not really necessary I thought I just thought what happened to customer is always right. I ordered six drinks and only walked out the door with four drinks. I called to tell you you made a mistake and you accuse me of lying about how many drinks I got I was not able to get a refund and I was also not able to come back and get the two ones that were missing so I had to go to another McDonald’s and they got my order right I am coming on here because I was upset, I wasted about, $10 on these things that I didn’t even receive and then couldn’t get a refund on my money back just was very rude it I thought of the worker and...

Service was terrible. I used the app for a deal. Then listened to the staff be nasty to one another for 10 minutes while They made our food. The floor in the seating area was wet so I chose to eat outside in my car. Meanwhile the app sent a free app deal for free chicken nuggets. I opened up the app and got the code ready and popped back inside of mcdonalds to grab some take home food for my daughter. The cashier REFUSED to let me use my deal that I just got and HAD A BARCODE for stating that It wouldn't work it was 1 per hour. Now....I had been in the store before...ordered my food. Waited at least 10 min for the previous order. Washed up. Got straws and napkins. Took everything outside and found everyone's food and passed it around the car. Ate. Chatted. Had dessert. Went through my phone and got the new mcdonalds promo deal for stopping in earlier. We were there at that mcdonalds when we went back in for well over an hour. The cashier wasn't allowing any of it. So we paid for our take home food. To top it off. I ordered a chocolate milk shake and the cashier sets it down on counter and she was so lazy it was literally chocolate syrup in the bottom of the cup and filled up half way with white ice cream and then the other half of the cup was whip cream... and the whole big lid filled with whip cream. Cold food, unmelted cheese burger meat sits forever, not the McDonald's. I grew up enjoying mcdonald's is terrible.Now they also put a lot of toxins in their food. There's actual petroleum in their chicken.I wouldn't eat here anymore. The big problem I wanted to split cash and credit. My friend was paying for part of the order. The girl told me yes to pay with the cash first. She did not explain that I would not be getting any change back. They don't train their people.Obviously what is wrong with customer service? I was expecting change back. It ended up in where I was not going to get any no matter how I explained myself. I just lost the money. So, if you want to split your things, credit? And cash just beware of this. McDonald's isn't even safe to eat at anymore. I'm done too many dangerous ingredients. Then burger, sitting for hours, this is what we're eating, really. I'm not paying for garbage anymore. I will buy some ground meat at the store and make my own burgers cheaper and better and no better chemicals that are dangerous.
