Subway — Restaurant in Spring Lake Township

This is THE Subway to go to!!! Even when I’ve been a little ways away and not in town, I always tell my friends that we should drive the extra few minutes and go to the Spring Lake Subway if we’re going to get lunch. Not only is my sandwich always consistently made (and delicious!!) but the workers always are so kind! I never have to worry that I’m going to have a bad experience at this subway, it is always amazing and everyone that works there always brightens my day as well :) they really set the bar for customer service high, and even when they’re busy they always make sure you get the exact sub you wanted, the exact way you like it!! Shoutout to the manager as well, she does an AMAZING job!! You can really tell that she values her employees and her workplace a lot! Everyone is always very happy there, and it is always very clean!! I’d like to also note that I’ve never been there and had a product be out of stock, which is very appreciated!! I can always get the sub I wanted when I walked in, which is awesome!! I definitely recommend the spicy Italian (add bacon of course) or the rotisserie chicken sandwich!! Love Subway for a quick meal, but we have to stop coming to this Spring Lake subway when The teens are working. The teens who work here don't know the menu so when you ask forba premade item such as a " melt" prepare to get a sandwich and to be asked what ingredients you want on a menu item that has predetermined toppings. Also, the sighs and scoffs from the teen boys who work here really irritate me.The younger employees don't really care about the job, they openly express frustration when customers walk through the door, they admit to not being professional when you call them on such gestures and are just irritating to deal with - even for a...

I came in with my wife we were served immidiately by Cornelle. During the time Cornelle was serving us he was kind friendly and easy to communicate with. Cornelle also recommeded I toast my sub which I dont normally. With his recommendation about how it amplifies the flavor of my particular sub I decided to check it out today. I just want to share that this is the best sandwhich I have ever ate. Cornelle knows his food and is great at making good suggestions on how to enrich your food with additional flavors.
