The only reason I went to McDonald's today was to enjoy a McRib. I went inside to ensure my order was accurate in the hopes the staff wouldn't be as rude since I wasn't in the drive thru line. I was sorely mistaken. I paid in cash, after having used the kiosk to place my order. I noticed the ladies behind the counter were hustling and trying to get door dash orders sent out so I waited by the register to pay. One lady acknowledged me and asked if I was ordering to which I replied that I was waiting to pay. She finished making a drink he was working on when she spoke to me so I waited and hoped I would be taken care of next. So then, I waited, it was 14 minutes before I said anything and at point I politely asked if I could please pay for my food. The other lady that was behind the counter, I assume the manager because her shirt was different, looks at me and, with an attitude, looks at me...raises a hand and says, 'please give me one second. You see we are extremely busy and we are trying very hard right now.' I stood and looked at her while she continued to stumble over hateful words as she walked over to the register. She then pulled up my order and spitefully asked what was on my ticket. She then became more hostile when I handed her cash, the whole reason I was waiting at the counter, and began mumbling, ' this isn't my job. That is why I don't do this. I have to pee. This is so annoying.' not sure if she knew I could hear what she was saying... doesn't matter, that is ridiculous for anyone to say/complain while dealing with the public. Soon after I paid, I noticed the first lady that had acknowledged me checking out the next three people in line without any reservations. This in turn made me feel discriminated against seeing as how I am not the same race as the women or the other guests that were treated with more respect than I was. I was very polite and patient so there was no reason for hostility from behind the counter. I waited 14 minutes....
Read moreSo we went thru the drive thru I ordered a double cheeseburger no mustard and no pickle with a small fry, when we got out food our fries were stale and cold so I took the fries back to the window and they fixed that. I started eating my burger and the bun was soggy due to an excessive amount of ketchup so I take that back to the window and ask them to go lighter on the ketchup, once I get my double cheeseburger back I open it to check and make sure it was right but instead they gave me a McDouble, I paid for the xtra slice of cheese and I would like that on my sandwich , hence the reason I ordered a DOUBLE CHEESEburger in the first place so so I take that back to the window and of course there isn’t anyone in sight finally someone comes back to the window I give them the McDouble back and let them know I wanted a double so they take it bring it back quickly with the sandwich smashed damn near flat so at this point I want the money back clearly nobody here is competent enough to follow simple directions or they are just to worried about wats going on at home because the ones I did see that’s way they were doing on their phones and I guess it was the lady working the back window got something to say she calls the manager over talking about come deal with me bc she isn’t the one and when the manager came I asked to just give me my money back and the lady said that’s what I should have done the first time ! I didn’t go there to get my money back I went there to purchase food wat she should have done was made my food properly the first time and it wouldn’t have gotten that far! But to threaten a customer I’m going to make sure I go to whomever to make sure she doesn’t threaten...
Read moreEvery single time I come into this store after 6pm and before 9 the employees have and attitude. they never acknowledge anyone that comes in the store. You always have to get their attention and then when you get their attention, they roll their eyes and smack their face. They think that they’re being discreet about how they talk about customers, but you can clearly hear and clearly see that they have an issue with customers and if they didn’t want the job of working in McDonald’s and having to deal with people, then they should’ve got a job at McDonald’s. That’s not my fault who is a customer as well as a DoorDash driver nor is anybody else’s fault that comes into the restaurant. We did not hold a gun to their heads and tell them that they had to Get a job at that particular McDonald’s there are plenty of other jobs out here that you could have gotten been working at McDonald’s and I don’t understand why it’s been months now and they have the same nasty attitude. It needs to be fixed. I hate one of that McDonald’s, especially as the DoorDash delivery driver because it’s like they hate DoorDash delivery drivers like it’s like we’re an inconvenience to this. We didn’t tell McDonald’s to add DoorDash to McDonald’s that wasn’t that was a deal between McDonald’s and DoorDash so the person that you need to take it up with the McDonald’s for Free bleeder and DoorDash not the DoorDash driver we’re just trying to do our jobs just like they’re trying to do their jobs. I can’t stand going in that McDonald’s out of all of the 607 McDonald’s there are here in Beeville, North Carolina is the one that I hate going to because of the attitude...
