Airoma Cafe — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This cafe is fannntastic! Just this weekend alone, I ordered from here twice. I was only in Vegas for 2.5 days! Can’t say there’s any competitor that is even close in comparison to what this place offers.

(I had to drop the rating by one star only because me & my sister are so deeply saddened that Airoma removed one of our fave menu items! Please bring back the Corn Coffee. As someone who visits from Cali, I come back regularly just to drink it! It is a staple here, & no other establishments offer such an exceptional taste & quality drink!)

They have a fairly minimal menu, but I respect this because it assures that they deliver quality every time. I ordered the Matcha Einspanner. It’s one of their most ordered drinks & I see why. It’s pleasantly AIROMA-tic! They top the drink with a delicious condensed milk cream/foam, which couples perfectly with the matcha drink. The second visit my sister ordered the Corn Coffee (not pictured), I was skeptical at first, but this drink is a banger! The drink is sweetened with corn condensed milk I’m assuming & the sweet creaminess of it pairs very well with coffee.

This place is so raved about (for obvious reasons) so there is occasionally a long line waiting for orders, but no worries, the staff here are great at moving through the rushes fast!

I revisit this fine establishment every time I am back in Vegas. I want to try all the drinks they offer here b/c they have yet...

Waking up in Vegas after a Backstreet Boys concert was a herculean task. I'm a millennial. I stayed up past my bedtime, okay? After a delicious lunch, we got coffee here... AN AMAZING DECISION! This place had a line out the door and I can see why.

Banana Coffee ($6.25) The perfect embodiment of a flavorful experience. It is comprised of their in-house banana mix and layered with freshly brewed coffee. It tasted as if Korean banana milk and coffee had a baby. It gave me enough caffeine to catch my late-night flight (which was a blessing since my flight was nearly an hour behind and I got back to Phoenix after midnight).

I also tried some Pandan Coffee and stole a sip of my friend's Matcha Ube. The Pandan Coffee has a nice balance of creaminess, velvety texture, pandan, and notes of coffee. The light coffee that is layered on top compliments our signature milky pandan base without overpowering it. As for the Matcha Ube, it was paired with oat milk and layered with their in-house creamy ube mixture. The ube and matcha were perfectly balanced. I love that you can still taste the matcha because their matcha was insanely smooth...

I've had the black sesame latte, black sesame matcha, and banana coffee. They were all amazing and SO flavorful. My main beef with the coffee culture in Las Vegas is that all of these flavored lattes are usually so sugary yet lacking in flavor, or they use Torani or Monin syrups (giving Dutch Bros). Because of that, I haven't found any cafe that I love until Airoma! I want a cafe that crafts their own flavors with good espresso instead of giving me some corn syrup coffee that has so much cream/milk that it's the color of a block of parmesan cheese. Airoma's coffee can be on the sweeter side since the base of I think most of their drinks is Vietnamese coffee, but I really love the coffee because the flavor and caffeine content are really strong. The black sesame flavor is imbued through like a cream top that's blended with black sesame and it's amazing. I had the matcha with half sugar and the black sesame cream and it was perfect. The banana coffee has the perfect banana flavor. There was about a 20 minute wait in line but it's worth it. After I placed my order I got my order in about five minutes.
