Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Wow. I’m so disappointed! I ordered pizza through the Domino’s app as I do every time I order pizza for some reason they placed an order for the wrong item. I requested a pineapple and beef pizza. I received a pineapple and sandwich, salami pizza Which incidentally I was charged extra for. I paid a delivery charge and opened up the pizza and it was not what I ordered. in my entire life, I have never been disrespected the way I was disrespected tonight a A man who identified himself as the manager, Isaac told me that he was just fulfilling the order I placed. I advised him to please check my history history. I have never ordered any type of pork as I am Jewish. I don’t eat pork. Heed told him I didn’t want credit. I just wanted him to make my pizza correctly. He started telling me to order and he doesn’t have to give me back anything. I also made mention to the fact that my 799 coupon for a medium pizza was not attached and clearly they overcharged me by like 20. he told me he’s not giving me a credit. He will not remake my pizza and after some back-and-forth verbiage there said his name was zip to yell at me and tell me that if I didn’t get out, he was going to call the police threat as I’m a woman, and it was three people in the restaurant essentially verbally attacking me I can only assume that they threaten to call the police because I’m black. I don’t appreciate being treated like this. I am not giving a full refund. I will be disputing the payment with my card company. The customer service is poor and I do not appreciate being disrespected and humiliated over a damn pizza. After the person who identified himself as zip came over to yell in my face that I better get out, he’s ordering me to leave his restaurant or he’s going to call the police touching the pizza box, but the counter, removing his hats touching his very pimply face he commence to walk right over to a pizza station and start making someone else’s order without gloves on or washing his hands. I wouldn’t eat there again if...

Very bad experience, with this store . I ordered wings and lava cake with 2 packs of ranch and 1 icing. I opened both boxes no ranch no icing. I ask why they missing, Girl said ,,o sorry it's other guy,he forget. Since I live half mile from DOMINO'S, she said I will bring the ranch and Icing, I said ok. 15 minutes pass ,wings are cold,lava cake is cold. I am getting in my car ,she Is coming down the street. I said why is it that you coming back 15 minutes later,when is only less than 5 minutes ,I live one block from Domino's, only reason I didn't go by myself Is because I have little kid,,,You know 15 minutes waiting for ranch and icing, this food is cold I said to her ,She give me FUK OFF FACE, like it's my fault. My point is,, its fricking right on the corner, 1/2 mile from my house. They made mistake, not me, and everyone knows that when hot wings are cold, it's done. And lava cake same thing. Also this is not the first time that I have issues with this people. So rude and unprofessional. And I tipped that girl. 8 wings and lava cake with extra ranch and icing $17 dollars. This is our FAVORITE Domino's because they're prompt, friendly and always have plenty of napkins as well as plates and a bag for your take-out order. This matters as we usually eat nearby in a park on a blanket. Another Domino's- on Sahara (not far away by a couple of miles) that manager said they stopped ordering napkins, plates and bags. Yes - for a take-out restaurant, quite close 2 another park as well (!) We gave THEN 1 star, reported them, and know not 2 waste our time going 2 Domino's locations that don't care. THIS LOCATION CARES! 👏 TYVM! Update: 3/18/23: this location no longer gives out plates and often no bag for your order anymore. Not sure why; they just apologize and say they ran out, even for orders placed for lunch. They do still give out napkins. We tried their newest item the bacon & cheese covered potato tots. Unfortunately, we will not order them again as they had less than half the coverage of cheese topping than that they show on TV. We ended up having to add our own at home. The pizzas and chicken wings remain great though - and the staff...
