Ordered two pizzas at 6:35pm this evening and received an automated text saying that the pizza would be ready in 8-10 minutes. The text came in at 6:55pm which is perfectly fine. I drove approximately 10 minutes to pick up my order so I figured I would be right on time. When I got to the Dominos it was 7:05pm and I was greeted and I gave them my name and then proceeded to listen to the greeter and one of the young ladies making the pizzas go back and forth about the big order that apparently just came in and took precedence over my order. The young man who greeted me then proceeded to tell me that my order wasn't ready and that I would have to wait until they were done with this big order. I explained that I drove 10 minutes and that the site told me that my order should already be ready. The young lady said that I'll probably be waiting another 15-20 minutes before my order may possibly be ready and the young man asked me if I wanted to go ahead and pay for my order and wait.
