This is one of my new favorite places in Vegas. A truly special place with outstanding food and service! From someone who has lived in Israel, the BEST Israeli street food I've ever had, better even than in the Middle East! Pitas is located in a plaza off Spring Mountain on the 2nd floor, and is cutely decorated inside. As soon as you walk in, you can see mountains of fresh veggies ready to be chopped in the preparation area. Not sure if he is the owner, but the main guy working there makes everything fresh to order, and WOW can you taste the quality! If you order falafel, he will go in the back and cook up some falafel specifically for you- no food sitting out and getting stale. The owner is so kind and friendly, and will really make your experience there special! When I was there I was offered so much complimentary food, from pita chips with homemade salsa to fresh falafel, and you can tell that he really takes pride in his food and service. The first time I was there I got a falafel pita, and the second time I got a hummus bowl with fava bean. The falafel at Pitas is probably the best I've ever had. It's crisp and crunchy on the outside, and absolutely melt in your mouth soft on the inside. The pitas are fluffy and the hummus and tahini are creamy and absolutely delicious. The hummus bowl was just bursting with flavor, from the fresh parsley to the insanely delicious olive oil to the zhug, or green spicy sauce similar to a jalapeño salsa- also the best I've ever had. I'm sure they also have shawarma for the meat eaters, but their vegan and vegetarian options are the best! They also have long, comfy benches to rest on if you doze off in a food coma from all the hummus you just consumed :) Runnnnnn, don't walk here if you like fresh, clean, delicious food and show these guys some love!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at one of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in Las Vegas, and it was an unforgettable experience! The moment I walked in, I was welcomed with a cozy, authentic ambiance that set the perfect tone. The staff was warm, attentive, and passionate about the cuisine, which made the experience even better. The food was simply amazing. I started with a mezze platter, including creamy hummus, smoky baba ghanoush, and stuffed grape leaves, all served with fresh, warm pita. The flavors were vibrant, with each dish perfectly balanced in spices and textures. For the main course, I enjoyed the lamb kofta and chicken shawarma—both were incredibly flavorful and tender, cooked to perfection. The spices and marinades made each bite a taste of the Middle East.

Hands down the best kosher meat spot in Vegas! Everything is so fresh and delicious! Very authentic Israeli food, it’s all homemade like straight out of your mom’s kitchen. They have all the salads and sides you could want. They are super quick and easy. Aside from being the best tasting food, they also have healthy options. I thought traveling while keeping kosher and being on a diet was going to be impossible, but this place has it all. I ended up ordering food from here for the rest of my trip. Really don’t even bother trying other places, you’re gonna want to eat here everyday. Also Micah is so nice and helpful! I only ordered take out, but if I had time I definitely would’ve eaten there, such a cute vibe inside. Coming here every time I’m in Vegas.

"Pitas" is a delightful Mediterranean restaurant that offers an authentic taste of the Mediterranean cuisine. From the moment you step in, the warm and welcoming ambiance sets the tone for a wonderful dining experience.

The menu at Pitas is a treasure trove of Mediterranean flavors, featuring a diverse selection of traditional dishes. Their freshly made pitas steal the show, with a perfect balance of softness and chewiness. Whether you prefer classic fillings like falafel or hummus or more adventurous options, Pitas has something for everyone.

One of the standout features of this restaurant is the personalized service provided by the owner, Micha. His passion for Mediterranean cuisine is evident in the care he puts into every dish. He takes the time to interact with customers, ensuring their preferences are met and providing recommendations that suit their tastes.

Not only does Pitas offer fantastic food, but the attention to detail in the restaurant's decor also enhances the overall experience. The Mediterranean-inspired ambiance creates a relaxing atmosphere, making diners feel like they're enjoying a meal in the heart of the Mediterranean region.

Overall, Pitas is a must-visit for Mediterranean food enthusiasts and anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. With its delectable food, friendly service, and inviting atmosphere, it's no wonder that Pitas and its owner, Micha, have become a favorite among locals and...

I'm happy to share some positive feedback about the best hummus in town!

First of all, let me say that the hummus at this particular restaurant is absolutely amazing. The texture is perfect, with just the right amount of creaminess and smoothness, and the flavor is out of this world. You can really taste the tahini and the garlic, but it's not overpowering at all. Instead, it's perfectly balanced and incredibly satisfying.

One thing I love about this hummus is that it's not overly heavy or filling, so you can really enjoy it without feeling weighed down afterwards. It's the perfect appetizer or snack to share with friends, and it's also great for dipping veggies or pita bread into.

But what really sets this hummus apart from others in town is the quality of the ingredients. You can tell that the chickpeas are fresh and cooked to perfection, and the tahini and olive oil are both of the highest quality. It's clear that the chefs take great pride in their work and put a lot of care and attention into every dish they make.

If you're a hummus fan, you simply have to give it a try. Trust me, you won't be...
