Hui Lau Shan â A Sweet Taste of Hong Kong in Las Vegas
Hui Lau Shan, the iconic dessert brand from Hong Kong, has made its debut in Las Vegasâand it brings a refreshing and tropical burst of mango goodness with it. Known for its signature mango-focused desserts, the shop delivers a delightful experience for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Mango Loversâ Paradise
The menu is packed with mango-forward options like Mango Mochi, Mango Romance, and Mango Chewy Ball. I tried the Mango & Coconut Juice with Crystal Jelly, which was a perfect combination of fruity and creamy. The chewy texture of the jelly paired beautifully with the balanced blend of mango and coconut flavors. Itâs an incredibly refreshing drinkâespecially on a hot afternoon.
Cozy Vibes & Cute Decor
The interior is charming, with clean white brick walls and playful touches like Hong Kong-themed drawings and panda squishies. Dessert samples are displayed in model form, giving a nice preview of whatâs on the menu. Despite being a smaller shop, the dining area is relatively spacious and inviting.
Location, Service & Notes
Situated at the corner of the plaza, the shop is not easy to access. But it has a convenient parking right at the front. The staff handle both orders and preparation efficiently, even during busy hours.
Please note: pets are not allowed inside, so plan accordingly if youâre out with your furry friends.
Final Thoughts
Whether youâre craving something cool, chewy, and fruity, or just want a nostalgic taste of Hong Kong, Hui Lau Shan is a must-visit. The quality of the ingredients and the creative presentation make it a standout spot for...

This new dessert place offers a variety of mango-themed desserts, and they all look tempting. I love that they use Philippine Mangoes. They also incorporate other fruits like durian and watermelon into their desserts.
As soon as you step inside, you'll see food models on display by the wall, which are cool and helpful when deciding what to order. Most items on the menu are pretty straightforward. But for items like Mango Romance and Mango Delightful Trio, a description is needed. That's where the food models come in handy. Just a heads up -- they don't serve their desserts like the food models. They use plastic cups instead of glass bowls even for dine-in customers.
I opted for A2, which was the Mango Romance. It came with three small bowls/cups, each containing a combinations of desserts. One cup had ice cream, mango slices, and I think that was aloe jelly. Another had mochi and mangoes, and the third had mangoes and glutinous rice balls (Chewy Ball) in mango puree. All three were good, but I found the latter to be the best. It was good that I ended up ordering a larger version of it (A4 -- Mango Chewy Ball), and this time it was served with ice cream.
The service is good, the place is well-lit, but it was a bit too warm when we went there.

This place was a bit hard to find but worth the visit, especially during the summer. It's on the second floor all the way in the back of the building. The juxtaposition of the old building exterior and the modern interior decor creates a striking contrast when you enter the store. They have a nice storefront sign with a display of their dessert/drink. The seating area is also very comfortable so its a great place to hang out. The lady helping us was patient answering our questions, and the drinks came out immediately.
D6. Mango & Coconut Juice With Aloe Jelly ($6): I LOVE their aloe jelly which I have never seen in any other boba or dessert store before. It was freaking delicious and had the perfect texture. The mango pieces were sweet and everything just went so well together. The only thing is that this drink has lactose so if you're lactose-intolerant, make sure to ask before ordering!
D1. Passionfruit & Mango Icy ($7.95): My husband didn't like the concept of this drink. The passionfruit was a bit too sour for me. However, when we left it for a day and added in our own passionfruit tea, it tasted much better. The mango pieces were sweet like the D6 drink. I think the icy is too think so having a liquid version is better suited for the...
