PT's Gold — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Not a regular at this pts, but I am at few others close to this location, was giving this one a try as I'm newish to the area. The service was really bad. Didn't feel welcomed. Most bartenders at any pts are going to greet you coming in, get you a drink when you find a machine to sit at. It took about 10 mins to get my first cocktail while playing with my pts card. Most pts barteneders introduce themselves and make a little small talk while getting your first cocktail, but I got handed my drink and ignored for 2 and half hours. WHY did I ask for a menu after finishing my second cocktail... Why did I even wait to place an order.... Then, 40 minutes for my food, I watched a guy that ordered after me get his in 15, SAME FOOD. Did they forget to send mine in? Did the kitchen miss a ticket, or thought they sent a duplicate, then just didn't make it? They didn't care. Both of the bartenders were constantly talking to regulars or doing tasks and wouldn't even look up when spoken to. I'm not quiet, and it's not that loud in there. Getting a menu took too long. Trying to get someone to take my order was another 20 mins. Purple hair gal just never turned around or stopped talking to regs, skeletor white guy just never looked up when doing tasks or when spoken to. Seemed like he was working and the gal was chatting. Spent like 2 and a half hours here. I had to walk around the bar and get someone's attention just to pay my tab, 25 mins of waiting after I finished my food. They dropped the food off and never checked on me for about 40 mins. I almost just walked out without paying for my food. I doubt they would have even noticed.

Don't come here if you're looking to be a regular, they seem to already have enough, and don't care to check on you if you're not...

Stopped in on Tuesday evening around 5:30. Didn’t feel like playing so I sat at a booth. Bartender came and took my drink order (a Mr. Dew) and left a menu. 20 min later took my food order. Only ordered a $13 club sandwich. 30 min ago by and I finally see her again. I tell her I have to go, and she apologizes as the cook is new. She was in back helping out apparently. She says it’s right here and ready. 5 min later the food comes out and now I have to go. It been an hour. Several others waited just as long. Some even walked out. Without eating I asked for a to go box and the check. Check was $26! I must have got the wrong check but at this point I couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Paid, left a $3 tip. Can’t believe she didn’t comp my mt. Dew. Paid $29 for cold food and waited an...

This is our go to PT'S usually great service and atmospher but this past Saturday evening the staff dropped the ball. The female bartender was curt, (3) guys playing UNO were very loud, offensive language and she paid them all her attention. Next shift bartender(man) comes in, same curt, unfriendly manner takes our soon to be empty glasses and ashtray. Doesn't introduce himself or ask if we'd like a refill or give back the ashtrays. Female bartender never came by to say goodbye or pick up her tip. As I said we've enjoyed our gambling time, atmosphere and bartenders usually on a week day. Won't be back on a weekend evening.
