LATEST We decided to come back on a Wednesday for the all you can eat snow crab. The crab was very good, as well as all the other seafood. We had no issues with the food whatsoever. Plus, the service was very good throughout our entire visit. The problem came when we were handed our bill. There was a 20% gratuity added to our bill, and we were a party of three. The menu clearly says a 20% gratuity will be added to parties of five or more. So I asked about that and they said don't worry about it, it's for the kitchen. I didn't understand what they meant by that. So, they showed me that the regular price for All You can eat is $60 during the rest of the week, but on Wednesdays it's $72 where they add all the snow crab you can eat. But, what they are doing is taking that $12 and assigning it to the kitchen, so they are not paying an income tax on that amount. They are leaving that up to the kitchen? That didn't make any sense at all. Why don't they just charge me the $72, like the sign says, and let me tip accordingly? Why are they playing around with my bill before I even have the opportunity to tip? How can I believe that money is really going to the kitchen? None of that made any sense to me at all. It looks like they are fudging numbers to save money on taxes, and for some reason they wanted me to tip again. Their explanation was very confusing, causing us to wonder if we'd ever return. UPDATE What a difference a few months make! We decided to return here to give them another try, and are very glad we did! We ordered snow crab, dungeness crab, shrimp, clams and crawfish. The snow crab was perfectly cooked, not overdone like many places. The clams were excellent, not a tiny bit of sand in any single one. The Crawfish was very good, big tails, and the shrimp was good, but just a little bit overcooked. The portion of dungeness crab was generous and delicious. Overall, an extremely tasty meal! The friendly service was excellent, as they came by to check on us on a regular basis. The interior is well decorated with murals, custom lamps, television screens, very nice inside. I'm glad we came back to this place. We will be returning soon! INITIAL REVIEW It took a long time just to get water after we were seated. Only two servers in the restaurant for 7:30 on a Tuesday night, one was the manager. Service slow and spotty. We were excited to see that they had a special for Mother's Day, 5 lbs. of snow crab for only $80. Unfortunately, the server failed to tell us that this snow crab would only be small pieces and legs and a few cluster pieces, no whole clusters. This was probably all the small scraps they would shove aside and not serve to the customers. When we received it, we were pretty disappointed. We expected whole clusters, just like all the other customers were being served. Some of the crab was even double cooked, making it completely inedible. The corn coblettes, whole new potatoes and whole eggs were all very good. Most all of the crab was pretty good. After complaining to the manager about all of the small pieces we received, she said we should have been warned about it by the server. She did bring over a couple of whole clusters for us to enjoy. That was very nice. Unfortunately, the soft drinks are served in cans, making it impossible to get any refills without paying for another can. I wish they would have a soda fountain so you could get some refills while you're eating. We asked for crab crackers, but they said they were out of them. We were given home craft scissors and a crab ripper. That made it very difficult to get into some of the pieces. After complaining about that, they did wash a few crab crackers and bring them over. The music was very annoying. It was a plethora of loud auto-tuned low quality rap; it was way too loud and not family friendly at all. Lastly, we both saw our server wiping his nose with his hand, blowing his nose, and never washing his hands in-between serving food - gross! There are far too many other better boiling crab restaurants in Las Vegas for me to return here.

The sum of the review, been coming to this establishment for over a year. We received cold mozzarella sticks that we asked to get remade. We had taken bites out of them and they put them back into the fryer, including the piece that was in one of our mouth. It was concerning as my order was all fried food, the catfish and onion rings. The onion rings were eaten before the mozzarella incident. Just knowing that they put food that was in our mouth in the fryer was very concerning as they could have done that 100 times, and we were just eating other peoples saliva. On top of that, they now charge your card before you even receive your food and they also include 18% to 20% gratuity. Overtime items included in your boil has been limited, but the price has remained the same. The quality of the food has decreased, a lot of times when we order the crab there is hardly any crab meat inside or the meat itself is cold. This used to be our favorite seafood boil spot in Vegas, but we will no longer be going as I do not trust that their food health codes are up to standard. As we had already paid all they were willing to do was refund the six dollars for the mozzarella stick, which we did not accept. They even included the bitten piece that was in my mouth the basket, which is included in the photo as well. Knowing they do not properly handle frozen food I have no clue what they are doing with the raw foods. I really enjoyed their sauce, but I will just have to learn how to make it at home. Would never recommend anybody to go there again disgusting! Ironically, my friend who dines here with me always, has a food page and she recommended this place over a year ago. I am a rideshare driver and I always tell people this is the only seafood spot I recommend. Never again! The last thing to note, it was not that busy inside. Maybe five tables and we received our cold mozzarella before we even received our drinks. I know they have made a lot of changes to their menu, their service, and their staff, but none of it has been for the benefit of the consumer

If you are in dire need of seafood, please keep in mind you are in a desert and having fresh seafood is only a thought. It is not like anything if you were to visit the State of Washington (Salmon and King Crab), Texas (Shrimp), Louisiana (Cat fish, gumbo, and shrimp), or Maine (Lobster). That is where you can get some really good fresh seafood and the people knows how to cook it. Anyhow the family insisted we go so we went. I did have my doubts at first, but I wanted to try this place out. This is what I saw: Positives: ** The ladies who seated and served us were nice and polite. ** This place seemed to be a popular site ** The facility was clean to my liking. ** The wait time to be seated wasn’t too bad for us (table of six). ** The portion size were okay except for the bowl of Mac n cheese and gumbo. I didn’t leave the establishment hungry. ** I really liked the Cajun corn on the cob (Very spicy). Negatives: ** The service was horrible. We never were asked once if we were doing okay or if our water glasses or drinks needed a refill. ** We constantly had to waive down our server. ** We had to ask for our ticket ** The Calamari tasted to rubbery. ** The piece of cat fish was small (1 serving). ** The food price wasn’t worth of what we paid. Please keep in mind: This establishment is an all you can eat or you can pick a dish off a separate menu, but the whole table has to gravitate to one or the other. Meaning – your table has to be all in on the “All you can eat” or you all have to pick something off the other menu. They will not allow your party to do both. I can only assume they are trying to prevent someone from the table from feeding the others. Will I go back, I don’t know maybe if I have a desire to have some more Cajun corn on the cob.

First things first if you're looking for SHAKING CRAB.. it's closed Down and CrabNSpice has taken it's place in the Location.. Which is Kinda Weird cus It definitely feels like they're riding on the Name and Reputation of their Predecessor. First, Red flag. But, once you're there Already, u just go with it.. Once Inside the seating was fairly quick and there was a reason for that I quickly learned.. They give u an hour and half to eat anything that you don't eat is an additional $20 added to your bill. The first thing I did was headed to the bathroom because I had to go badly. Going to the bathroom kind of leads to like the kitchen area. They are like kind of close together going into the bathroom They had two stalls but one was occupied but the lock was kind of broken so you have to stick your finger in it to open it up I stuck my finger in it and the lady said I'm in here. I was like whoa the other bathroom had no toilet paper. When I got back to the table to place my order they explained that they had no liquor and that the liquor that they did have was like bottom shelf. I asked about a daiquiri and they said they had no daiquiris but when I was walking out I noticed that the people did have daiquiris. So my options was pretty much beer so I asked for a Corona and then they explain that they didn't have any limes red flag number three. My waiter was Tim and he tried his best to accommodate us considering he was working at a deficit. So it did come with one free cluster a crab legs but we were going to get the unlimited crab legs but he suggested that we wait and see Now they have a king crab add-on that's like $35 extra but when I asked about that he says that they were all out of the king crab legs because they had just toasted a party Not only were they out of the king crab legs they didn't even have bibs They said that they were all out of bibs too What kind of crab place don't have bibs That's just like ghetto as hell. Huge red flag number 4. So my server suggested that we get the all-in-one huge mistake Don't ever do that some flavors do not mesh well together and you think that they would know that. One flavor in particular like a Hawaiian flavor it's like citrusy it does not go well with the other flavors It makes it taste kind of sweet and that's just disgusting. In addition to that we ordered it in spicy and it was nice spicy at all and then with our second bag we tried to order the like I think it's like atomic boil that's like majorly spicy and you have to have like a waiver sign to get it why he come back to the table saying that they don't have the atomic and they don't even have the waiver that you need to sign in order to get the atomic. So they just didn't have hella sh*t so how can u call yourself All you can eat and you ain't got nothing.. So the first bag was just nasty cuz they have that citrusy flavor so we just kind of had to eat it to get through so we can get to the second bag My husband's first bag didn't have the crawfish that he asked for and he also never got the rice that he asked for. I did like the wings that you can get as a appetizer I have the lemon pepper wings and they were good but you can only get three out of time it used to be for but I guess people was wasting it so now you can only get three so I have to keep her ordering them over and over again and then I got my first order I didn't get any ranch and I didn't come until like my third order. We ordered a calamari on the side that was like $10.99 It was overcooked but It wasn't bad. And then we got our second bag and at this point you know what you want and don't want. The first bag did not come with enough sausage and the quail eggs are really really little... So with the second bag we opted to go for the garlic butter cuz you can never fail with the garlic butter but they did. The flavor and the spice level was just not there. Now with the second bag I did get all the things that I wanted in the bag but they gave me headless shrimp and I ordered...

I will start off by stating that the dining room area is pretty spacious with comfortable booth seating, mainstream music, and impressive decor to fit their theme.

My husband and I arrived when the restaurant opened (noon), and there was one party-of-four ahead of us, already seated and perusing the menu. As we were awaiting 4 other friends to join us, I requested to be seated so that we could order water and appetizers. The hostess would not allow us to be seated until the whole party has arrived——it would be understandable, however, if it was extremely busy…but mind you, there was one table seated and none others waiting. I discussed my concerns with the hostess, who then discussed with her manager, stating that the policy stood, as the hostess handed my husband and myself to-go cups of water.
