[Above all, will I be back?] I came here after having Dan Dan noodles next door, it was a perfect combination as a result! The tea was great, the interior is cute, service was friendly and warm. Had a great afternoon. I am not a sweet tooth but as a Vegas local I will definitely be back whenever I visit Shang Artisan Noodle!
Drink You can choose HOT/COLD(iced)/FRAPPE for each flavor. Jasmine Milk Tea ($6) with taro - The tea taste was strong enough with fragrant Jasmine tea scent. I liked it is not too sweet. I highly recommend! I could still feel warm at the bottom of the drink but it was not too warm.
There are bakery items as well.
Ambience What a cute place! It has about 5-7 tables with a lot of cute decorative ops like teddy bears and pillows. It was quiet and not busy around around 2pm on Wednesday.
Service You pay and pick up at the counter once the drinks are ready. The staff was friendly, attentive and quick.
Hygiene To go cup (plastic), the table and floor were clean.
Price $5-7 on average
Restroom It was clean and well maintained.
Location It is located next to the famous Chinese noodle shop "Shang Artisan Noodle" in Chinatown. Less than 15 minutes from the Strip.
Parking The parking lot is limited, it can be tricky during busy hours.

Read moreActually was trying to find this place again. I had an amazing hot matcha tea latte with oat milk and boba (a year or two ago) where they used the espresso machine to steam the milk 👌🏼. Most places won't even do hot drinks with boba. I also remember all the teddy bears 🐻. However, maybe they changed ownership or management idk. Most of the teddy bears are gone. Just one giant🧸 left. I got a hot taro milk tea with aloe jelly and oat milk. It was a bit sweeter than I like and the drink could have been hotter. Atmosphere could use some board games or a little oomph. Even though there are a ton of fun boba inspired pillows. Bathrooms could use a deep cleaning and then the staff could just keep it up from there. Tons of dirty hand prints on the door and not so much of a clean smell. Arrived after 8pm with a group of my male relatives. And saw other male patrons coming for boba. So evenings are a good time to come if you want to hang out with friends or grab a boba...
Read moreToday was the first time my friend and I have been here. We looked over the menu and made our selections. He got a peach iced tea with boba and I got an iced brown sugar milk tea with sea salt foam. Our drinks were delicious, some of the best tea I've ever had. And my friend said the boba was great. The atmosphere was fun, we loved the decorative pillows. However, the service was horrid. The guy taking our orders didn't even bother to give any real answers to our questions and when our drinks were made, they were just left on the counter. They didn't even say anything to us about them, no greetings, no farewells, nothing. It was as if we were an inconvenience to them. This is very disheartening because we really wanted to come back to try more of their products. However, because of this disrespectful service, I doubt we'll be back. So thus, my score is more of a 2.5 because the drinks were excellent, but service was some of the worse...
