the server was annoying and always gave unnecessary extra information which was not needed... I dont know why though ... anything you had as a concern was handled as "well it depends on what taste you have and we have different people with different taste blah blah blah" sheer non sense ... a dish cannot be changed as per the liking of various people it has to be made the way it is prepared originally...
schezwan chicken and chicken manchurian --- i never had such a worst indo chinese experience till date.. I am from Mumbai and no one can better know the taste of indo chineese then i do ... the schezwan chiken dry was toooooo spicy and not with the schezwan sauce but with chilly flakes .. who the hell puts chilly flakes in chineese ... then comes the manchurian gravy ... I have never seen a maroon schezwan gravy ... which has a sweet and spicy taste as if it was made using maggi hot and sweet sauce ..
tortillas in the name of naan --- every single restaurant i have been till date in my life and ordered a naan i have got a naan which is kind a cripsy but these ppl served tortilla literally tortilla and anyone who has dine in indian cuisine back in india can tell its not naaan
malai chicken tikka - no malai only dry chicken breast pieces grilled. .tikkas are supposed to be made using tight meat and not breast meat ... and then malai tikka has a semi white malai kind of texture coated on the tikka that you can savor while consuming it but the tikka was dry as their state of NV is
menu - half of the menu was not available ... it seems they want to attract everyone, if you try to keep everyone happy you cant keep anyone happy ... if your restaurant is supposed to serve beef then serve beef otherwise just make it a veg restaurant ... whats the point i dont get it if the seafood restaurants start attracting all customers then where would they land ...
I would never recommend this place to anyone who has been a foodie...
Read moreThis is hands down my favorite Indian restaurant in Las Vegas. I have been there about 4 times and every time the food has been amazing. My family is vegetarian and they have plenty of options for people who are veg, non-veg, or halal. I would recommend trying the panner tikka (dry spices), paneer tikka masala (gravy), and the saag paneer. Those 3 dishes were nicely prepared, with fresh paneer pieces, great seasoning, and good portion sizes. The Garlic naan is a must have since its texture is perfect, thin, crispy, light, and with a deep garlic flavor, it accompanies all the dishes very well. The service is great from ordering, to the table side service. Whenever I have needed anything changed or adjusted in my food they have been polite, courteous, and helped me out no questions asked. The food quality and flavor is top notch with everything obviously being fresh and made to order. The restaurants hours are open late which is great for a busy family. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu since they stand by the food they offer. The chai and filter coffee are traditionally made which is refreshing to see since most of the other Indian restaurants tend to use instant packets. I am always reluctant to write reviews since often times my experiences have been inconsistent with Indian food in Las Vegas, but this restaurant has delivered me high quality food at reasonable prices each time I have gone and I can confidently say that your experience coming here will be the same. I wish the owners all the best and hope you pay this restaurant a visit for the best Indian food...
Read moreAbsolutely abhorrent condescending greeter. Fire him immediately, I've been in the service industry for about a decade now. The smart remarks he utters under his breath are zero tolerance.
Also, to the charlatan curmudgeon greeter, most restraunts do take in parties of 8+, especially on an off time Tuesday without reservations, idk what industry he's been dealing with, but it's definetly not culinary.
The manager was ok, but he didn't know what was on the menu. He was charming, though he forgot what we ordered. I'm not sure what he was writing on his ticket to somehow completely forget what we ordered and didn't even know the sizes of the dishes.
I'm sure the food is good, but remove Halal from the door. There's nothing Halal about it about the establishment. Astaghfrillah, you'd put Madina's name on this establishment.
Didn't even try the food after being seated, walked out.
Fix the door.
Edit: In response to a reply made to another comment, if your roof is leaking in a culinary establishment, CLOSE YOUR STORE AND FIX IT. It is industry standard to report income made to insurance so that you can recover from the potential loss. Do not even begin to argue these basics.
Another update: After reading most of the reviews, the positive ratings are clearly bot accounts and the nasal voiced goblin owner copy and pastes his replies so don't trust at all what he writes in his replies. There's a reason he still hasn't replied...
