Le Paris French Bakery — Restaurant in Spring Valley

BUT: You pay and tip upfront and given the service tip would have looked far different: These people are the slowest I've ever seen. When food and drinks finally come you get a Cappuccino without sugar, spoon and everything. Same for the Croque and Crepe. On the Croque was an egg sunny side up (as ordered) and on the Crepe there was cream. You cannot eat that without fork and knife but after serving you start to search for these "tools" yourself. Yes yes y'all I was in the neighborhood and me and a friend decided on coffee. She chose Le Paris Coffee & Pastry and we were in for a lovely treat. The barista / pastry chef was a kind and enthusiastic man named Mesfin. He had a knack for customer service and baking the most delicious cookies. We tried freshly made orange macaroons and the best butter cookies in town. I got a spiced pumpkin latte and my friend ordered a cappuccino. Both were made with care to perfection. The thing I really enjoyed about this place was the relaxed atmosphere and the fact that Mesfin really was passionate about baking and making the customer feel like a guest in his own house....
