The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I’ve eaten here three times since they’ve opened, so I think I’m qualified to leave an honest review. I’m sooo sad because I really want to love this place! There’s this girl who works the front who’s seriously so sweet. But yeah, the first time my meze app plate was missing both dips it comes with, so I was dipless. Second time was great. Portions and quality were both great. Everything was all hot and fresh and it just tasted really good. & then the third time, TONIGHT just wasn’t it. My son’s kids meal has noticeably smaller portions and didn’t taste fresh. I ordered the salad wrap & paid extra for shrimp this time. There was maybe four shrimps cut up, barely any lettuce and it was missing multiple ingredient's. It was practically hollow. There was actually barely anything inside and I was kind of offended that someone made this and looked at it and thought “yup, this is fine. This is up to standard.” Like, be so forreal lol. Fortunately I called and was given a refund for my wrap with ease. I was even embarrassed to call because I hate doing stuff like that. But it just sucks because I’m still hungry after eating the wrap, refund or not. The reason why I’m leaving a low-ish score is just because this place feels very inconsistent. I’ve tasted great food from here and then I’ve had food like the food I was given tonight. I’ve had my sauces missing and then I’ve been given a random little side salad (very tasty btw). The quality-spectrum is broad and it’s a gamble. But to be honest, I’ll probably end up coming back and giving it another couple chances. I like Greek food and live right down the street. The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill has always been a favorite of mine, but their newest location takes the experience to a whole new level! From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting ambience sets the perfect tone for an unforgettable meal. The decor is modern yet cozy, with a touch of Mediterranean charm that transports you straight to the Greek Isles.

The service here is truly second to none. Jeff, in particular, made our visit exceptional with his warm greetings and attentive care. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and ensured every detail of our meal was perfect. His friendly demeanor and genuine hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely phenomenal! The flavors are rich, fresh, and authentic, with every bite bursting with Mediterranean goodness. The steak souvlaki was perfectly seasoned and grilled to perfection. The tzatziki was creamy and refreshing. You can truly taste the quality and dedication in every dish.

From first setting foot in The Great Greek, I knew this would be a regular lunch stop for me.

The interior is gorgeous, refreshing and welcoming! This would make a great study area as well, amazing food, soothing ambiance and a refreshing atmosphere.

The team working here is fantastic, greeting you with a smile and genuinely caring.

Now, the FOOD.

The gyro and fries that I had were the best I've had in Vegas, hands down! The gyro was huge, packed with lettuce, feta cheese, tzatziki sauce and that incredible gyro meat. The fries were the perfect pairing, battered and perfectly crispy!

Definitely worth stopping in on your lunch, or with your office team, friends, or that random Greek food enthusiast you know! Five out of five stars, thank you Great Greek team for the amazing lunch and relaxing...
