Yo I'ma just level with everyone who might see this -- GO TO THE TOMBALL LOCATION (14006 Farm to Market 2920, Tomball, TX 77377). They're so much nicer and the food is cooked properly. Atmosphere is a vibe and they're not awful, racist (after hearing how my friend's family was treated) people!
I called to give some feedback and possibly connect the managers so they could share tips/training advice but Taylor (claimed to be manager at this location) was SO convinced her location had no issues she refused.
Can't help the helpless, but you can avoid them c:

Lets start with our appetizers we had the triple dipper and i bit into the southwest eggrolls and received a mouth full of dough because they were under cooked. My husband's ribeye came out loooked wonderful he ordered it medium well so when he cut into it was medium rare. The kids wanted an extra side which were the mandarin oranges never arrived. The manager came over 6ft 2 Caucasian guy and apologized for the eggrolls and said they were recooking them but by then the food had arrived and we told him about the steak and saw what we saw. So he stated he would be back with another plate to recook it. Well 5 to 8 minutes later nothing so we asked what should we do we had food that was being ate and sides that were getting cold since he was willing to take the steak back instead of replacing and recooking the entire steak meal. Needless to say by the time the steak return the shrimp and sides were gone so he ate the steak by itself. Finally time to pay was told to use the kiosk since we were using our card okay cool well we had a extra charge for more eggrolls and oranges we didn't receive. Waiter fixed it then started checking out added our tip total was a even $70 I like whole numbers and I hit submit. Transaction was processing and then guess what machine shuts off, so we checked our account and saw the transaction was pending so we felt we were safe. Started to leave and the large manager runs up and says we weren't charged so we pulled up our account and showed him the pending charge we used our chase bank card. He tells us that the pending didn't mean anything it would reverse and we needed to pay him the ticket. I told him all charges say pending not unless you use a pin# he tells us we are wrong we need to pay. I told I will pay and if both charges come out I would have a serious issue and expect a refund of both amounts. Then asks us to just give our information and if the charge doesn't post then he would charge us. Nope not cool with that either. Then i proceeded to tell him with all the issues we had with our food he should tried to discount our ticket instead of insisting we pay him twice. Then became upset and says I well I guess your food is free and walked off. Not appropriate at all in all areas. 1st time at this location and last. Read moreAs a customer of over 15 years, it’s unfortunate that we will no longer eat at Chillis on Kuykendahl. My wife and I eat at this location at least once a week and spend no less than $50 every week. We ordered dinner for our family of 5 on 5/24/24 through DoorDash. The delivery guy was amazing our food was hot and on time, 5 stars!! Unfortunately, the order was completely wrong. My wife and 3 three children ordered the bacon burgers. We received 4 burgers with just meat, bun and fries. My wife called Chilis and spoke with the manager ,Hailey. On the phone ,Hailey constantly called my wife “dear” and laughed as my wife explained the receipt from chilis, the correct order from DoorDash all said something different. The receipt from chilis says BB, bacon burger and bacon was not on any of the burgers. Photos were sent to DoorDash. It was so unprofessional my wife and I drove to the location to speak with a different manager. Last week we ordered from the same location and the order was wrong, the gentleman I spoke with was apologetic and offered to correct the order or a refund, never had to speak with the manager. When we arrived at Chilis with the 4 incorrect orders and we asked to speak with the manager. Hailey eventually came to the counter and greeted us and said “take it up With DoorDash, she never listened to anything we had to say about the receipt we received from chilis. As the lobby continued to fill , up she constantly smiled and gave condescending comments . Customers at the bar turned around to witness this conversation as well as staff in the kitchen. Hailey told us to leave “HER” restaurant. My wife asked her why she thought her behavior was acceptable and why she felt antagonizing the situation was helping. Her unprofessional behavior triggered my wife to record her behavior. Hailey responded she was calling the police and to leave “HER “ store as she yelled in my face as well as wife. It’s unfortunate that after 15 years, my family gets this type treatment.
