You'd be surprised to know that a lot of folks in the food industry are not careful to wash their hands. I have to say that I noticed that the person taking my order and money went straight to make pizza. I couldn't ignore it so I mentioned it to the manager and she did not take offense, surprisingly. She asked the gentleman to wash his hands and she did as well. I had much respect for her after. I've been back several times after and always noticed that workers going to the sink before handling food. I made this my Dominoes after that even though it's a ways out. Well, Sunday things changed. The young lady that I always see working, who appears to be in a management position was alone on pizzas and terribly busy. There were drivers coming in and out and one driver came to take my order after she shouted for help. His beard was full of food and pants were soaked!!!! They clearly were under-staffed and she in no way was okay. She looked as though she was ready to blow at any moment. As the pizza trays fell out of the oven onto the floor, I saw her kick them to the side, look at her phone and then threw it on the counter. Who on earth wants a pizza that sits on something that was once on the floor and touched by your shoe? When I finally got my pizza, it looked terrible! At least 4 slices were without cheese and meat was only in the middle of the pizza. Another driver came in to assist and he was quite nice, trying his best to make things right. He was dealing with a woman in front of me that had experience the exact same thing. I was nice to let him know my issue, but told him that I didn't want the pizza and would like a refund. He voided the transaction and gave me a credit for a free pizza. I hope she gets the help she needs. But after seeing this, I...
Read moreThis Domino's location is new to the new Springwoods Village master planned community area. I live in one of the local upscale apartment communities and ordered pizza and wings for delivery. I provided the location, TWO gate access codes and building access codes, provided info on where to park and how to get into the building. Despite providing all the required/requested information the Domino's delivery driver utterly REFUSED to enter the parking garage and or the building. The driver actually DEMANDED that I come down to the street to get my food if I wanted it. Obviously I wanted the food since I ordered it. The driver would've been tipped well for doing his job, a job a person does not deserve if they choose to refuse to do their job. This was a waste of time, energy, resources and food that must now be thrown away not to mention the impression this new location has left me with. First impression, WE DO NOT NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN SPRINGWOODS VILLAGE. This type of service and experience is NOT the type of atmosphere we are cultivating here in Springwoods Village. Save yourself the aggravation. Do NOT reward this location with your business/money. This new location should close and reopen in a location where bad service is expected and acceptable. This type of service is not welcome to our new community. The driver REFUSED TO DELIVER THE FOOD and DEMANDED THAT I WALK DOWN TO THE STREET TO GET THE FOOD. Ridiculous and uncalled for especially from a NEW Dominos location like this one. It's only been open a few months and this is the best they can do, alienate paying customers due to their...

VERY, VERY bad location/service/quality...HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!
This is NOT our "usual" Dominos! Due to the storm outages, our regular "go-to" was unavailable, so we drove a bit extra only to be disturbed!
BIGGEST scare was a guy picked something up off the FLOOR and then went RIGHT back to readying backing pans & pizza dough! NO HANDWASHING! YIKES!!
This was NOT a kid, either! A GROWN MAN did this and his GROWN WOMAN Colleague said nothing...NO better than him!
The box of one of our pizzas was MASHED in from the long, skinny box on top and half the pizza had BARELY any toppings, although we asked AND PAID for EXTRA!! Even WORSE, was that the pizza was still DOUGH in the middle and even the "bare-minimum cooking time" must have been rushed because the crust was only MINIMALLY toasted on the MAJORITY of the pizza! It was SO bad, I picked through 2 slices and ended up with the WORST indigestion I've had in YEARS! If we'd had power, I could have finished cooking it, but HAD to throw it away for SAFETY!!
The New Yorkers were SCANTILY topped, at best.
This Dominos location gives Dominos a BAD name!
We wil NOT be going back here!!
RUN from THIS LOCATION! The Public Health Department will be visiting this location soon! SCARY Stuff!
Who knows what OTHER violations are going on!!
I noticed they offered a similarly disgusted review a discount to give them another try..."AS IF..."!!!
Not worth the RISK! Food...
