PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW IN ITS ENTIRETY. AND PLEASE LIKE THIS REVIEW SO MORE CONSUMERS WILL BE MADE AWARE TO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION. When this location originally opened the service and food were great. Unfortunately the service and the food at this location has gone down. It's unfortunate and 100% senseless. The staff here just does not care and has no desire to uphold to the standards we customers are accustomed to from the Chick Fil A brand. This location has a problem with serving edible French Fries. On three separate occasions the French fries I received with my order were inedible. The sad part is, visually it was obvious that they should not have been served by the person preparing the order yet they served them anyway. How difficult is it to prepare and serve French fries? The sandwich I received was overcooked as well. When going thru the drive-thru, you will not be offered a receipt of your purchase. And when you ask, they appear to be bothered that you had the nerve to ask for a receipt. The staff has become comfortable in receiving their paychecks and become extremely complacent. The staff is more concerned with talking amongst themselves then insuring the food is prepared properly. In the very least they could try to uphold to the standards we all have come to expect of Chick Fil A. I have voiced my concerns to management. I have provided photos and videos of the terrible food I have received. Yet nothing has changed. Okay things have changed, it's gotten worse. Establishments like this will not ever understand until we customers stop spending our money with them for subpar food and mediocre service. Please don't get me wrong. It's not that I want it my way. I want it the way the promise and advertise. Locations like this one should not be rewarded with just getting by on the brands name and what we perceive will be a good experience based off of our perceptions. I say all this to say, the poor service at this location is senseless and uncalled for. They have done and can do better but they choose not to because people continue to visit and spend their money. I WILL NEVER RETURN. I know that they will not miss my business but it's a start. Please save yourself the frustration and do not visit this location. Please do not spend your money at this location. Spend your money where you will be appreciated and where the employees are to busy ensuring the food is prepared properly. This place is known for chicken sandwiches and they do not have the time to prepare them properly. I ask again, how difficult is it to properly cook French fries? The employees are on the clock to serve customers but the employees at this location are more concerned with socializing with each other than anything else. Everything else like properly preparing the food is their second priority. This makes no sense. It's careless. It's uncalled for. They can do better. Why the mangers and the owner does not take concerns like this one seriously boggles the mind. Not far from this location is What A Burger. What A Burger serves a great chicken sandwich and somehow they are able to serve properly cooked French fries. All it takes is an ounce of sincerity when doing the job your being paid to do. The next time you visit this location which I do not recommend, check out how much socializing the employees are doing. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself from the frustration you will inevitably endure at...
Read moreEvery Chick-fil-A I have ever visited has provided a quick and enjoyable experience with very tasty food. Not this location.
Wait times are enormous in the drive-thru. It seems they have only one person working the drive thru at a time, even though there are two lanes. This means that you will be waiting for the person in the car next to you to finish placing their order before anyone will speak to you.
Another widespread problem at this location is one of the basic principles of customer service, which is listening to your customer. Ask for 4 Chick-fil-A sauces and receive 2. Ask for 1 buffalo sauce and receive 2. They hear what you're requesting, but don't care enough about the specifics. They're trained to give you 2 sauces, so that's how many you get. While getting more or less sauce than you asked for isn't a huge issue, it does become a problem when it transfers over to your food order. I've asked for a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich with no pickles (sue me) three times so far, and always receive a sandwich with pickles on it. I go back to the counter and ask for a sandwich with no pickles, and it comes out right. I hate wasting food, but if I don't like pickles on my sandwich, then please make it correctly the first time around. On one visit I ordered a large fry, but instead received a medium. I went up to the front and explained that I ordered a large fry, but was charged for and given a medium fry. She told me that I could buy a small fry to make up for the difference. I didn’t argue with her, and paid for the small fry. At any other Chick-fil-A, they would have apologized, taken my medium fry from me, and given me a large fry instead.
In general, the staff isn’t very polite, and tend to be talking to each other and hanging out rather than running food or helping customers. I stood in line for a drink refill for a few minutes as a food runner and manager made eye contact with me and went about their business. Eventually a woman, who was already helping another customer, asked for my drink and topped it off as she was taking their order.
One incident in particular was pretty shocking to me. My wife went through the drive-thru and brought home the food for us to eat for dinner. I finished drinking my soda, and opened the lid to eat the ice. I looked into the cup and found a dead fly in my drink (picture attached). I never would have expected this to happen at a Chick-fil-A (all of their restaurants are very clean and well maintained), but this Chick-fil-A is different. I called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager to let them know what happened. A guy picked up and I explained to him that I found a dead fly in my drink and that they should probably check the ice machine to make sure it doesn’t happen to anyone else. His solution? “Come in before we close and I will get you a new drink.” I said thanks and hung up the phone.
The only saving grace about this Chick-fil-A is that it is kept relatively clean.
The staff seems to have not been trained to Chick-fil-A's standards, so they either need a new team, or new management. This Chick-fil-A gives the brand a bad reputation. I feel sorry for anyone whose only experience with Chick-fil-A is visiting this particular restaurant. I’ve come to this location many times hoping they will have improved from the time before, but I always leave...
Read moreI have been coming to this location since it opened. There was a young man who I believe was a good manager/assistant and haven’t seen him in a bit. Not sure if management has changed but this location is failing in errors and customer service. The attitudes of the employees resemble McDonalds carelessness 🙄 I have had orders made incorrectly and it’s fine if it is corrected and I know we are human. It had been an issue that I was willing to over look until recently.
This last time I went for food, it was 2pm last week and my husband and I went to drive thru and they made a mistake on our food and we had to be put to park to wait for our order. We waited a good while and to have the employees be careless and rude.
When I got my order I told the young man who brought it and then he said “I don’t know and left” Double checked my food and made sure to get my order. I had to wait on this order because they missed it 2 times. I got off and told them politely and the “asst manager or person in charge” at the time told me she specifically put that order in my bag and had a very rude attitude and said I needed to go back and double check which I told her I took everything out and checked and made me upset to walk out again as if I were lying. I have money, I don’t need free food, we work our tails off to have the freedom to spend our money where we would like…so I bring her all my food for her to see.
These are the reasons we and most people choose chick fil a… you can get chicken anywhere Customer service and good attitudes are hard to find. Let alone respect.
This location is a no for me and my family. We will take the drive elsewhere. I can get a messed up order at another location with respect and an apology from the heart. Being in a pissy attitude is not what I’m ordering. Stop hiring a bunch of kids who have little to no manners, tattoos and disrespect. That’s what makes chick fil a different
People will wait in line for better food and good...
