UPDATE: If you genuinely sorry about causing me any inconvenience, please refund the charge. This is a misunderstanding between the hotel and bookings, not my fault. And respond to my numerous emails and calls. This isn’t a review about my stay; it’s a review before I even arrived. I made a reservation through Bookings last week, but I accidentally forgot to change the reservation date, leaving it as the same day booking. After I hit submit, I realized I had forgotten to change the date, so I called the hotel. They informed me that they didn’t have a reservation, but I would have to call Bookings as I had gone through a third-party. I called Bookings and explained my situation, saying that I had accidentally forgotten to change the date. They adjusted the date and sent me an email confirming the successful change. The reservation was for Friday, but it was changed to September. However, the hotel charged my card because they have no cancellation policy. I tried to explain that my reservation had been successfully changed to September, but they continued to insist on their no-cancellation policy. They advised me to call bookings, which I did, but the booking sent them an email about the error, which they were unable to resolve because the hotel refused to respond to either my email or Booking’s email. They kept pointing fingers at each other. I’ve called the hotel numerous times, trying to speak to a manager, but I haven’t received any response. This is all before I even stay there. The customer service is horrible, and the manager is never available. I can only imagine what the stay will be like. My second reservation has already been canceled. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel’s inability to rectify a recent miscommunication between my bookings and their records. I have a confirmation that is no longer valid due to an incorrect date. This situation has caused me significant frustration and I do not recommend this hotel for its lack of accountability and attention to detail.

Stayed here for nearly 2 months for work, and was constantly being harassed about noise coming from my room even though it was not my room it was the abusive couple who stayed next to me and constantly fought before eventually being put out. The complaints caused the staff to move me to a downstairs room which was fine. Pooja was very unprofessional. Would never listen and was only just waiting for her turn to speak. She would interrupt me and talk over me even on the phone when I called the front desk (the night time guy was great this was only my experience with Pooja). Pooja would have her shoes off, feet kicked up on the table lounging around the office as shown below in these pictures. There have been plenty of times where I needed something and she had to get up, put shoes on and unlock the door that shouldn’t be locked just to do her job. Would never stay here again. Choice Hotels are great, but everyone shouldn’t be allowed to own a franchise. Not kid friendly whatsoever either

Reserved a king size bed and ended up with 2 queens. Must be the hardest mattress. I've ever tried to sleep on, my back 2 weeks later. His finally recovered the breakfast was to be kind a joke, 1st day. No coffee. No juice. The machine was broke. They had a jug of imitation, orange juice on the counter, sunny delight, and bagels. No cream cheese, no anything and white bread, the second day No coffee, machine was still out or not working. It came out and it looked like a clear brown tea. Maybe, but not coffee, same jug. Of juice, machine still broken, and they had some little miniature blueberry muffins. They were OK. If you're gonna stay here and expect the free breakfast, forget it, you'd be better off going to McDonald's and getting something from there. Than trying to find something here. That's worth eating for breakfast.3rd day same...

Staff was very rude. I planned on staying here for two weeks until my apartment was ready. I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom because they were sold out. Once I seen that the one bedroom was available again I booked for that room and switched rooms. I was in a hurry so I did leave some trash in the room nothing major. The office called and told me that if the next room was dirty they’d keep my deposit which is very unusual I’ve never had this happen at any other hotel room I’ve stayed at. I just complied with the office and agreed to keep it clean. Three days after that I was told that I left hair in the towel and to either throw away the towel next time or they would keep my deposit. Now this was untrue because I hadn’t gotten towels in two days. I had been in the room sick I hadn’t even took a shower for two days. So I came to the office to explain that I hadn’t even turned in towels and their house keeper was there and she was very rude to me. She said that I had hair in the towels previous days before and I asked if that was the case why didn’t she say anything that day she found the towels she dismissed me with her hands and the office people said nothing. It became very evident that they just wanted to find some excuse to keep my deposit. So I checked out the very next day. Before leaving I made sure to clean up all my trash and I recorded the room before I left just in case and I am so glad that I did. Upon checking out the woman in the office told me she had to check my room before I left. Now this was uncommon because I had seen many people check out before and never did I see her tell them I have to go check your room first. She left for two minutes and told me that I wouldn’t be getting my deposit back due to the bedding being dirty. This was most definitely a lie and I was prepared because I showed her the video of the room when I left. I asked her “where was the bed dirty at”? Then she proceeded to say it’s because the room is dirty. I kept showing her the video to prove that it was not dirty. Then she blamed it on the previous room I was in. She kept giving excuse after excuse no valid reason to keep my deposit. I had to cuss her out and threaten to call the police for her to call her manager so I can get my deposit back. Thank god I paid cash and not card for my deposit they really wouldn’t have gave the deposit back. Not to mention it may look nice on the outside but there is still roaches here. I will never come here again. I suggest you find somewhere where they treat they’re customers better. Somewhere you don’t have to argue for your deposit back especially when they have no...

Pluses: We got a unit with the kitchenette which we liked, especially the fridge and would have used the two burner stove top had there been any pots pans or utensils which, since we were traveling didn't have and assumed they would have been supplied. As new Choice members we got a fairly good rate for the 3 nights that we stayed. It was a new building and in fairly clean and decent shape. Service was friendly and the continental breakfast was very nice.

Minuses: There we're a few 'punch list' items that were missed it seems. The outlets in the bathroom were either not grounded or not wired at all and inoperable. The garbage disposal was either not wired or inoperable as well and the kitchenette outlet GFCI breakers kept tripping. The toilet paper holder was cheap and poorly designed, thus broken when we arrived. The hot water temperature was set too low which made the shower pressure too low with only one side open. We were two adults, a young teen, and a 2 yr old. We were not excessively loud or rambunctious yet received noise complaints from the unit below us. Despite it being the middle of the day, we received a call from the front desk about the complaint. If we were noisy or inconsiderate during quiet hours I could understand that but a two-year-old walking or playing on an uncarpeted floor I don't believe warranted a call about noise. (The toddler's sleep schedule had us all in bed by at least 10:00pm each night.)

If these things I mentioned were resolved I probably would have scored as...
