Took the kids and we ate on the patio. They have Cornhole and a small outdoor eating area with a bar. The bar is full service so I was able to order a few beers (they have a dozen or so on tap including a few hard ciders) while the kids played and watched shows on the various televisions. A range of tunes were played at low volume on the sound system.
The place was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. There weren't many patrons. We got prompt, friendly service. Everyone loved the food and the kids have already made plans to try new items when we return.
My son loves burritos and the burracho breakfast burrito did not disappoint. It was well cooked and is a hefty portion of food. My daughter had the T-Mex hot dog but put the slaw on the side. The dog was good. The slaw was not. The chilli cheese fries were split amongst the table and I had a wurst corn dog (chorizo and pepper jack) as well as the das brat sausage dog. I don't usually do king sweet rolls for sandwiches or dogs, but it was delicious. Definitely try the garlic aioli.
My wife wanted wine. They have one white wine and one red wine, as well a mixed drink made with each. Both mixed drinks were tried and although we enjoyed them, the red wine drink (Lady in Red) was better. The buffalo wings were fine.
We will visit again.
Update 2nd visit:
I remembered to take some pics this time around. Our second visit was just as good as the first. This time two of us (wife and daughter) ordered the Nashville Hot chicken tenders with miso ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. The tenders had a good flavor, but there was a puddle of oil in the baskets. Perhaps that forgot to drain them before transferring to the sauce and basket. My son enjoyed his (BYO) build your own dog. He topped a bacon wrapped dog with Haus chili and mozzarella cheese. He loved it. The BYO menu has a number of topping choices, but the cost can add up pretty quickly if you load up. I suggest ordering one of their specials. I had their latest menu offering, wurst way pizza sausage. It was great. I washed it down with a liter of cider and a tequila thyme from the bar. The latter is an interesting drink, but it needed a few more shots. We split chili cheese tots and chili cheese...

I recently visited Dog Haus Spring, and I had a great time. The atmosphere is fun and casual, and the food is delicious. I ordered the "Dirty Blonde" burger, which is made with a half-pound of beef, bacon, cheddar cheese, and a fried egg. It was absolutely delicious, and I highly recommend it.
The service was also excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that my food was cooked perfectly. I would definitely recommend Dog Haus Spring to anyone looking for a fun and casual dining experience.
However:
Not sure if it was me or the burger, but after I got home, I wasn't feeling so hot. Let's just say I couldn't really digest the food and leave it at that.
Overall, I would give Dog Haus Spring a 4 out of 5 stars. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is fun and casual. However, I would recommend that you eat in moderation if you're sensitive to greasy food.
Pros:
Delicious food: The food is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it's always cooked to perfection. Fun and casual atmosphere: The atmosphere is fun and inviting, and it's a great place to go with friends or family. Excellent service: The staff is friendly and attentive, and they make sure that your food is cooked perfectly.
Cons:
Can be greasy: The food can be a bit greasy, so if you're sensitive to that, you may want to eat in moderation. Can be pricey: The food can be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for the quality and the experience.

Read moreWe like to try the new places that open up near the house. This place has been sitting empty for perhaps two years, so when it FINALLY opened, we stopped in on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Not sure if Biergarten was the money behind the project originally or if they found the empty new building and decided to give it a try. Well it certainly was shiny and new.
It's an order at the counter and then have a seat kind of place. They brought our beers quickly enough, but they should have since there were two people at the bar and us two at a traditional height table, a total of four of us in the indoor seating area. There were a few more out on the patio, which looked very nice. But it featured mostly high top tables, which, to me, aren't as comfortable. Oh, my brown ale was very good.
The food came quickly enough, a chili cheese dog and a sausage of some kind for the wife, both in the cardboard boats. That was the last we saw or heard from any of the staff. I woulda thought, "New place. Wanna make a great impression." Nobody stopped by to ask if everything was okay or we needed anything. The only person who looked like management didn't think it was worth the time to thank us for visiting their new joint.
The food was underwhelming. Vey skimpy on the chili and cheese. It's a pain to get enough mustard out of those stupid plastic packets. They did do the fries extra crispy, but they were nothing special - processed mashed potatoes.
I'll admit I'm not a fan of wait in line places (even when there's no line). The thought that I dropped a bit more than $40 (including tip ... for what, I don't know) for two dogs and a couple of beers just rubs me the wrong way. Mediocre food and indifferent staff. We don't feel the need to make a...
