Dunkin' — Restaurant in Spring

I am going to be honest, this location is the worst I have even been into on all three occasions I have come in. I typically go to the location on louetta near 249 but on a rare event when I come here they never fail to surprise me with continued disappointment. I love regular coffee, really, but somedays I have to drink decaf. The first time I came here nearly every food item I asked for they were out of. They were also out of decaf coffee so my husband and I left and went to Starbucks. The second time, I ordered and egg white sandwich and they told me after I ordered they did not have the buns. The store was also in need of a cleaning. The third time I went in at around maybe 9 am. I wanted only a decaf coffee. The told me to wait a few minutes and they would make some. I was thrilled. Since I was the only customer in the drive through and by the empty parking lot the entire establishment they let me wait at the window. I wait about 5 minutes and notice one of the guys is spooning stuff out of a cup. I pray it is not my cup. It is, of course. I take my cup, secretly afraid of what was happening in there and drive to autozone where I decided to lift the lid like every reasonable person would. It has coffee grounds all in it. This is disappointing but whatever I take a sip and I swear they put the entire pors worth of grounds in my cup. It was so strong that the bitter flavor overshadowed my cream by a long shot. Combined with the coffee grounds it was probably one of the worst coffees I have ever had. I think the three boys did not know how to make coffee. Regardless, I wont go back to this location. Three times in a row is too many for poor experiences. My expectations are not high for fast food. I would recommend...

if i could give it 0 stars i would. do not go to this dunkin, avoid it at all costs. me, my boyfriend and my dad came to get some coffee and snacks before i go to work and when we get to the speaker the lady tells us to go to the window because she can't hear good on the mic, understandable so we did, and we continue with our order but i guess she could barely hear my dads order, who was in the front seat. he asked for a sourdough breakfast sandwich, the only one on the menu, it didn't say anything other than the name of the item no modifications or choice of anything with it. she asks him which one and he's confused because it didn't give us an option? so he says the one on the menu and then she says with a croissant bun and he had to speak up for her to be able to hear him so he says "no the sourdough bun like on the menu" but he had to raise his voice for her to hear him. she then proceeded to tell me dad he doesnt need to have an attitude, which he didn't have one so?? he told her he doesnt have an attitude but he can if she does, and she started yelling and my dad kept asking her for the corporate office number or her manager and she said no she doesnt need to serve us and it escalated and she was taking her headset off and coming outside as if she was going to do something to us? as we were driving off to a different dunkin donuts. i work in the food industry as a waitress so i understand having a bad day and having bad customers but we weren't having an attitude or being rude at all, we were trying to speak up so she could hear us and not get the order wrong. i would have lost my job if i told my guests/customers to lose...

Worst customer service I have ever encountered at a Dunkin Donuts. I look up the hours of operation online for this location. So we head over.Open sign is clearly lit up. It states they close at 9:00 pm so we get to the drive thru ordering station at 8:45 pm. Another vehicle pulls in behind us. We are sitting waiting to order a coffee. We can see s girl counting money at the drive thru window. She ignores us so we are forced to pull up to the window. We are still ignored even though there are atleast 4 employees. The girl finally acknowledges us and tells us the are closed and closed up everything. Asked it speak to a manager and she stated it was her sister and we could contact her the next day. Didn't waste anymore of our time by calling the manager. UPDATE: Told my wife she was crazy when she wanted coffee from Dunkin Donuts. But we tried it again. Door says they close at 9:00 so at 8:40pm and the door was locked and the 3-4 employees couldn't even come to the door and one of them pointed to the drive thru. The dreaded up employee thought it was funny as we drove by the window. This place will not last. Customer service is non existent at this location. They apparently do not give a f#%@. DO NOT GO HERE. THE SERVICE...
