Great experience.
I come here often to get large orders of sandwiches for lunch presentations. Sometimes hundreds of sandwiches per week. Matt the manager has always been good to me, along with Chris, the employee. There is also Chris the regional? manager.
Today, I came in at 10:00 (short notice) needing 43 sandwiches. Another location, closer to my destination, had already told me no. The other location said it would be too much of an inconvenience for them to sell me 43 sandwiches, b/c the other location had to do inventory and manager things.
Matt welcomed my order. He appreciates the business and always goes out of his way to take care of my large orders on short notice.
Chris (the employee) has also always been great. They both have great positive attitudes, like. the way it should be everywhere.
I will continue going back to this location, even when it is further away from where I am going, just b/c of the good service.
Also of note, while they were making up my 43 sandwiches, a woman came in, Chris asked if she wanted the usual, and he named her usual. She was shocked that he remembered her, even stating she was wearing a different hat today that she wouldn't expect he would have recognized her.
Parking could be better but there is nothing they can do about that. It is tight, especially if you have a Texas sized vehicle.
Finally, I will admit, that it is not the same when Matt or Chris...
Read moreMy mother-in-law and husband were just at this Jerseys Mike and she had accidentally left her purse. Less than 5 minutes after leaving she realized and immediately called them to let them know she had left it and they started to head that way. The lady who answered said she was calling the wrong store. When they got there my mother-in-law saw the purse was not there. My husband immediately got on life 360 and noticed it was showing it in back of the store. They drove around the back and heard her phone ringing deep down in the dumpster. My husband had dig through a lot of trash to get to it. It was in a clear Jersey Mike bag (her purse and phone) with napkins. My mother-in-law had $250+ dollars stolen out of it. My husband went back in to see if he could get a look at the video footage. Store manager reported it takes corporate to get it. Harris County Constable office was reached and they did a police report. My husband confirmed with the manager that the number called was their store. I didn't understand why the employee who answered the phone lied. I dont know why her purse was in a trash bag that matched the ones in the store. I dont understand why someone couldn't look at the footage of the camera right above our table to see who picked up her purse. We were only gone less...
Read more1 star because you have to, another because the sandwich is good. One gal working there was very busy doing a video call with her dirty cell phone. She was walking around behind the counter with it showing the caller to her co-workers, distracting them from serving customers. She's didn't have any gloves on and I hoped she wouldn't touch my food. Thankfully she didn't. I felt real bad for the guy after me -- there were 4 workers, one helping me, one went to sweep, one doing nothing, and the other took her break and sat at one of the tables to continue her video call. The customer's sandwich sat waiting to be completed, while the worker who was standing right in front of him did nothing to help him until right before I had paid for mine. I greatly appreciate not being rushed through the line, but they should use the manpower to be customer oriented and retrain their workers not to touch their cell phones while preparing/serving food--cell phones have more germs than...
