The customer service was horrible and very unprofessional, to my surprising this was all being done by the management. (Michelle) Which, she does nothing but yell at the staff members the entire time we were there to basically do her job. She constantly told two gentlemen (Whom worked on front line) to walk around and check on customers LOUDLY. The guys we are already doing this as we walked in, and we had already been inside at least 10mins. But management, constantly told them RUDELY to check on customers. She said this to them about 6times and she was loud all customers in line heard her. Then she told one of them the customer at a particular table is complaining so go check on them. My words WHAT!! As a manager, I would think they would walk around themselves to check on customers beings that its rush hours. Not taking anything away from the guys because I thought they were doing an excellent job. But my Godish poor guys, this woman was horrible to them and sadly customers were witnessing this. Just really felt bad for the employees who were receiving that type of abuse from her. We as customers should not witness a member of management being overwhelmed or treating there staff this way. This type of behavior should not be displayed to customers.
In addition, a young lady walked into her shift and manager (Michelle) then again says loudly "OH THANK GOD, she's here now" walks away from the registry without notice to me who is now standing at the registry and tells the young lady here you go. My entire visit was horrible, due to this management not being able to handle herself during rush hour. There were other customers in there complaining because they never received their order. Then she did not want to give them their money back after the customer told her 4times he wanted a refund his lunch is over the wait is too long and they tired of her yelling in the store SMH!! I am a manager so I deal with customer service related issues, and I would have rated their c.s. skills at half a star if I could! We ordered a sandwich combo, nachos, and cookie/brownie. The cashier was a young white or Hispanic female who started out great with taking our order! The issue came when we noticed our total was $35+. Before placing the order my husband asked what sides came with the sandwich if he got a combo. Her response was pointing to the sides menu and clearly saying the listed sides were free with any sandwich combo! Not the 1st 3 we’re free and the others were extra! She never said the side salad was an upgrade! Cuz if that was the case we most definitely wouldn’t have gotten it! Her explanation after taking our $$ was “Oh the salad is an upgrade so that’s why you were charged!” Even tho that wasn’t what she said before we placed the order! She could have explained that to us to begin with! Then when my husband asked about the salad she caught an attitude like, she was mad that we were asking why we were charged! So then she proceeds to get I guess the manager or whoever she was! Who was ruder then the cashier! Coming out with an attitude! I even tried to calmly explain where my husband’s frustrations came from only for her to say “What do you want me to do about it!” Which didn’t help any at all! As I said I am a manager and deal with customers and attitudes all day! Not once did she offer any positive customer service. It was all attitudes and smirks! She offered no solutions to her cashiers mistake other than “It’s an upgrade! And a nasty attitude! Then the sandwich was bland with no flavor and they mixed all the cold toppings for the nachos with the hot! The only thing that I would give 3 stars for would be the cookie brownie! Read moreHorrible experience. To start we are looking at the menu since we have no idea of what they have. The overly annoyingly happy nice guy behind the counter tells us every 5 seconds he can take our order when we are ready, we were 15 ft away deciding. I am sorry but once was enough just let us know you are ready and when we figure it out we will approach the counter. A few minutes of sitting around the man comes to us and says they are out of Gluten Free bread. I cannot eat gluten or will be sick for days. We ask for refund since I do not want to eat a plate of sandwich stuff, I wanted a sandwich! Manager now is involved and says "hold on let me see about the bread. She goes in back and finds GF bread. Confirms our order and then my sandwich comes out but it was the wrong sandwich and we were still missing the rest of our order. She takes it back and then brings out the correct order and a full refund. Thanks for the refund. At that point it was the only right thing to do. Now about the food. Blah.... the sandwiches both lacked in flavor and filling. Mine had a good amount of meat but not veggies. The horseradish was the weakest I have ever had. Her non GF bread was great from what I was told. The pickles are good, chips are good and the tea was decent but we can get those any where.
