Food was ok not great! Service was horrible just left 4/19/15 around 1:15a.m.

Had a table of separate orders. Our waitress was horrible she showed 0% of service nor did was she on top of anything that we requested. I can understand if the place was super busy, but it was slow.

First. I was the only Spanish speaking "guest" my brother does not know Spanish nor does anybody else. She was quick to give us to a young gentlemen. He was quick to do our orders,but he did have a few tables him self already. So he started to fall behind. We did cut him some slack,but when it came to request more chips and salsa and a refill of our soda. Again I'm going to say we had 0% interest we were flagging another waitress to get the job done. He did come and alpogize.

When it came to check out the girl who was quick to GI e us up wanted to know how our or payments were going to be. We wanted separate checks. I'm on one. My brother and his wife are on one. And two other ppl are on one. So that's three separate checks.

She made a face and tisked. We were like umm is there something wrong??? She then said "well I don't know who had what... I now have to figure this all out."

We all thought she wasn't our waitress any more!?!

So any who.... We started waiting for our checks to come.... Five minutes pass then it becomes ten minutes. By now were fustreated,tired, and full.

My older brother gets up and pays his ticket. I go pay mine. Then the other party attempts to pay there's but shows little attention to get anything done.

My brother and his wife and I head to our vehicle to leave home. The other party is still inside waiting to check out.

Another five minutes waiting...by now seconds feel like minutes, and minutes feel hours...

They walk out upset and didn't pay. I don't blame them..... Embarrassing yes! But that's them!

They leave and we get swarmed by this waitress and a cop and a security guard.

Telling us that we are requard to pay the remaining balance.

Now Im not stupid or anything and I know the other party should have waited for how ever long these nuckleheads were taking. But!

If I'm a waitress I'm going to work for my tips! There for I'm going to comuincate and make sure I show a great and out standing example for my job and co workers. I'm going to make sure I bring the table there checks with a smile and with confidence if I've done everything right to make sure I'll be given a TIP! She how ever failed at all to do's

Now I wasn't going to sit up in this hell whole restaurant and argure with them about who is paying what....

These security guard how ever did!

One says "sir I understand your upset, but we get this all the time!" People come in and eat and leave!!!

This is not no where near what was going on. And if it was the owner to this resratunt does not know how horrible the security guards are and how lack of service the staff is. I mean they must be in the corner of the dance floor in the ballroom or eyes stuck to there phone or on them video games or something. Idk!

Over all this place is all kinds of jacked up!!!

We payed,but no apologize or thank you was given by the manager! Not once did he have the nurve to come and talk to me!

You think the security guard or the officer scared me? No!... I did nothing wrong!

The manager needs to write up his employee for not doing what she's suppose to do and making sure the reastraunt gets its sales for the night much less makeing sure they get there money.

Never will I come here or refer this place to anyone! I'll take my butt...

Yesterday 07/22/2019, I bought Octopus in Devil’s Sauce, which I’ve tried many times before. I order to go and live 35minutes away. Only to get home and find that it barely had any meat in it, and the sauce was EXTREMELY spicy!!!! It was mostly just hot sauce and onions. I have tried this dish before and I can tolerate high levels of spiciness. Even though I was very hungry, I was not able to eat my food at all!!! I was extremely disappointed and contacted the Manager today 07/23 and explained my disappointment and also told him that I spent over $15 for a meal that I literally had to throw away.

The only thing the Manager said is ”Thanks for your message, I’ll let the kitchen staff know.”

After being a customer at this restaurant for many years, I’ve experienced a decreasing quality of its food and customer service and this was the last straw. I’m not interested in coming to this place again!!!

PS: By the way, their bathrooms always stink and you can smell them from half the dinning area. And there’s a very persistent homeless dude right outside who asks for money and asking to clean my windshield and shine my tires every time I go there (He’s been there the last 2...

WORST PLACE EVER! Waitress, JOHANA, has been one of the WORST waitresses we have ever encountered!! Went with my husband, sister and her husband and took her forever for ever to get our drinks. Wanted to take our food order before even asking for our beverages. Did not know the menu, couldn’t understand us even though we were speaking perfectly well in Spanish to her. She took my husbands beer halfway through without even asking him, who tf does that?? And STILL charged us for it!! My sister and I then ordered two more drinks from the bar and they NEVER CAME, my sister had to get up after 15-20min and tell them we didn’t want the drinks anymore not that it mattered since we hadn’t been checked on for that long also. Then right after that the waitress decides to show up and just drop the bill off without asking if we needed anything else. I check the bill and she went ahead and added the two DAMN DRINKS WE NEVER GOT!!! So I had to get up and talk to the front lady then the manager to fix it. Worst experience EVER, will NOT be returning here ever again. They were not even that busy. Very disappointing bc both my sister and I are so busy all the time and we finally have time to hang out and have a good time and we end...
