Bubbakoo's Burritos — Restaurant in Springboro

Just wanted to take a moment to write something based on my experience. With Bubbakoos being new I decided to just order online and pick up rather than possibly have to fight a crowd. Ordering online was super easy and fast but I had made a mistake when I selected the time. I had selected soonest available but I wanted 530PM. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman and he said it would be no problem and got it all handled. Fast forward to 530 and I walked in and my order was there on the shelf, no issues. Now to the good stuff, the food. I ordered a bowl, nothing special and my gf got the keto bowl. I get it all to her house and she starts digging in and I can hear her from the other room saying how good it is. So I get to the kitchen to sit down and eat and I must say it is really delicious. Everything just tastes so fresh and it was all just so good. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try an alternative to Chipotle, Hot...

I went here for the first time today, and I guess it was okay. I ordered online, and did a pick up. When I got there, my order wasn't on the pick up rack, which is fine. I waited until it was a few minutes later. Somehow, despite grabbing it as soon as it was placed there, everything was cold. Fries were soggy as can be. My husband's burrito was the smallest thing I've ever seen. Not even as big as his fist. It honestly looked like it was for a child who really enjoys rice (It was 90% rice)

But most importantly, nearly everything was bland. The fries were great, and the carnitas meat itself has great flavor. Nothing else had flavor at all. Not the rice, not the beans, nothing. It was suppose to have Sriracha ranch, but if it did, that has next to no flavor either. I personally wasn't impressed, so I don't think I'll be back. Those loaded curly fries are great flavor wise, even soggy and so is the nacho cheese for the chips, so keep up the good work on those....

I wanted to try this establishment as I've heard that the food was supposed to be amazing. Guess I will never know being that my first experience and interaction with their staff was abysmal to say the least. As I open the door and took my first step into Bubbakoo's I was greeted immediately by a tall slender gentleman with a goatee who yelled WE ARE CLOSED! even though the sign says they closed at 9pm and it was only 8:30pm with 5 employees standing around not doing anything. As I turned to leave the same gentlemen said aggressively do you know what you want as he walk up to me halfway in the doorway. I told him I did not. He said we are out of chicken.
