Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Springboro

Beware!! I'm traumatized!! Can't make this up and I ❤️ Jets Pizza Springboro, OH was our go to! We drive past 7 pizza chains to get to Jets. BEWARE Review pictures! Last night 10/11/2020 sometime after 7:15pm we pick up our order and arrived at home to chow down on some of my favorite deep dish pizza. We always get the 8 corner deep dish & a salad. The salad was delicious but of the pizza I ate 1 and a half pieces. Bf ate a few pieces no issue... That we know of... HAVE YOU EVER BEEN STABBED IN THE MOUTH BY A STAPLE WHILE CHEWING JETS PIZZA? I instantly called requested a manager to speak with, a gentleman who I'm told might of been the actual manager answered transferring me to a lady named Madison, who took my call stating she was the manager on duty tonight 10/11/20. I told her of the issue. A STAPLE in my PIZZA she began to nervously giggle and apologize profusely. Then she began offering a credit of $29. and some change. I exhausted was like ok I believe you it could of easily fell in my pizza and been baked in the dough...(Still questioning is this even happening?). Bf was like it's your luck, I'm sure other pieces remaining are fine. No worries he is currently traumatized by the entire situation. Eventually believing all is well, there couldn't be more it was a 1 time case situation. They staple receipts to pizzas all the time, it's never been an issue I had been assured by Madison, Manager on duty Springboro, Jets Pizza 10/11/20. I put the pieces left in fridge throwing out my staple ridden slice. The next day 10/12/2020 I figure ok let's try this again sounds like a good lunch. I reheat the pizza cause I'm over worked and exhausted and there is nothing else appetizing in my fridge. I prepare myself by examining the remaining pieces. I go ahead and pop in oven to heat up. I can't make this up! Review Pics. More STAPLES in my 1st bite!!! Baked in!!! I am so dissatisfied and will not be returning. Owner should know what is happening. There is no excuse. I have punctured inside lining of my mouth! BEWARE FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY! I have been unable to locate any email to personally contact owner....

Weird management:: Great pizza I ordered pizza during one of the covid shortages in 2021 and they were out of a number of items. I asked if I could substitute items or have a discount, the man on the phone said you are not special, everyone pays same and begin to say I was yelling at him and this turned into a verbal disagreement, I asked for Mgr he said I am he. I said wow. Really?; He continued to be very combative as I was justifying my concerns he said " you aren't going to talk to me like that "and hung up... Long story short: I called on Monday and apologized even though I understood none of these things were my fault. I asked for General Mgr and he was very unapologetic and began to blame me., saying he knew the whole story and I was at fault. So I disagreed again but said let's agree to disagree so we can both have fair transactions He said whatever , it's not our fault it's yours. So unfortunately my entire family stopped going to Jetts for approximately 1 year all totalled jetts lost a ton of money as myself and my family were frequently ordering every weekend sometimes twice. At $25.00 a pop, adds up Mine 25.x52= We recently came back. Same old ways . and no resolve . Very strange...

We're new to Springboro and got a few mailers for the area shortly after moving in. One of those was for a free, one-topping pizza at Jet's. Not wanting to travel 30 minutes to our favorite pizza place, we decided to give Jet's a try.

We placed a pick up order for a sausage pizza, Jet's bread, and a bottle of their ranch dressing. We were told it would take approximately 20 minutes. I showed up 20 minutes later and our order was ready and waiting for us. The associate that processed my payment was courteous, went over my order to ensure I was getting what I ordered, and thanked me for stopping by.

The pizza and Jet's bread were really good. The ingredients seemed really fresh and the flavor was spot on. The ranch dressing was a nice addition to the pizza.

We will definitely be returning in the near future. I highly suggest Jet's if you're in the mood for...
