Arby's — Restaurant in Springdale

If I can give less I would. I visited this location Saturday February 4 around 8:30 pm. I decided to break down and try the new rib eye sandwich. The wait in the drive thru was long but I’m quite understanding when I know you maybe short help. My biggest pet peeve is as long as my food is correct and and hot. I’m good. The employee at who took the order at the window apologized several times for the wait. 15 minutes later I get my sandwich and I noticed how small it is. I opened it up and there was barely any meat in it the bun and meat was cold. I went in to get a refund and the manager had a attitude saying , you didn’t like it? I told him that sandwich isn’t worth 8:00. I never took a bite of it because it was cold. He said I just made it! It was little shaved pieces of meat. Drive-thru employee was very rude. She said their “system was down” and they could only take cash. We said that was fine, we had cash. We started to order and she interrupted and asked if we had exact cash, and we said we didn’t know until we had a total, but we likely did. So we started to order again and she cut us off saying we could only get small meals because she couldn’t do the math to up-size anything. Appeared slow enough, though still a long wait for food. Plenty of staff, though no one seemed to be paying much attention. No straws, only had to ask three times to get one. Given the wrong fries, I honestly just didn't care enough to say anything since it was already quite obvious they wouldn't care. Sandwich was assembled sloppily and poorly, let alone being hardly warm. Ketchup seemed watered down and tasted odd. Dirty tables, floors and bathrooms.
