Arby's — Restaurant in Springdale

My work partner and I came to Arby's for lunch today and a young redhead named Caitlin took my order without fault I got my food no problem. When my partner ordered his food he ordered a chicken bacon sandwich of some sort and when the person in the back made it she threw it down the Chute so fast that half the sandwich came out of the box that she put it in because the box came undone. So, half of his sandwich was sitting on the front counter for Good 2 to 3 minutes then they, Caitlin, grab the sandwich with her bare hands put it back in the box and tried to serve him. he refused it told her he wanted a new one because that one had been sitting on the counter and she touched his food with her bare hands after she handled money. She asked him why he wanted a new sandwich because the counter was clean. That counter had not been wiped down once while we were standing there waiting for a food to be made. The front counters are okay clean the back counters are kept very clean because the food prep back there.

In the end after she went and talked to her manager her boss made my partner a new sandwich and replace the fries it had been sitting there for a few...

Food is good. But why must everything be repeated back to you several times threw out your ordering process. It's like they can't understand what your saying. So you want a number 1(yes sir with no tomatoes) so a number 1 with no tomatoes you said (yes sir) would you like that to be a meal (yes sir with a coke) so a number 1 meal with a coke (yes s) you mean a number 1 with no tomatoes in a meal,a number 1 in a meal with no tomatoes with a coke? (Yes sir) so you want a number 1 in a meal with a coke and be for I forget no tomatoes? Would you like curly fries with that. ( yes sir) so a number 1 with a coke and curly fries, oops a number 1 with NO tomatoes curly fries and a coke ( yes sir that will be it) ok so a number 1 in a meal curly frise , a number 1 with NO tomatoes in a meal with curly fries and a coke (YES SIR THAT WILL BE IT). Omg all this for one meal to get threw the drive threw. Friendly as all can...

The food is always fresh and hot and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is because the drive-thru is ALWAYS VERY slow. I can be the only one at the drive-thru and I will still be told "Just a minute please." when I pull up to order. Then I'll wait a few minutes and finally the person will take my order. Then it's another wait for the order, which is more understandable, but still, if I'm the only car and the dining room is not operating, I'm the only customer at that point. I just don't understand why it is always so slow.

Everything else is always very good, though. That's why I keep on coming back for more great Arby's food. My favorite is the Turkey Gyro. The cucumber sauce on there is so excellent and the turkey is just about the most tender and juicy turkey I've ever had. So it makes the Gyro spectacular. I would recommend this Arby's...
