Yesterday on May 5th, my family went to BWW. We were seated quickly; however we learned this location on Sunset Ave in Springdale, AR was out of cheese curds, onion rings, tator tots, and wedges. So, I inquired if we ordered the sampler appetizer could we get more mozzarella sticks in replacement of the onion rings. The waitress asked the manager Brian who said we could have no substitutions. I asked to speak to Brian, who looked less than thrilled to speak to us. He said the "inventory would be thrown off" if he put more mozzarella sticks as a substitute and he said he wouldn't discount the appetizer for less food. So, I would essentially pay full price for missing food. How does that decision make sense? Is this a corporate/franchise decision?! I really wasn't impressed with the attitude of the manager.
Brian the "manager" and his handling of this customer interaction was downright unacceptable. Instead of resolving issues, Brian, escalated them with your dismissive attitude and lack of basic courtesy. He didn’t listen, didn’t empathize, and worst of all, treated my family and my logical request like an inconvenience rather than the reason for being employed. If Brian is not willing to lead by example and set a higher standard, then maybe he is in the wrong position.
We did end up ordering just because I didn't want my kids to wait anywhere else. And Brian did a breeze by post meal, "hope everything was good," but didn't stop to get an answer.
BWW if your thought of a manager is someone who strolls by with a fake smile and a half-hearted 'Is everything okay?' like you're checking a box, not actually trying to help; then it's pathetic customer service. It is obvious the managers are not engaged, and we the customers see and feel it. We see right through the act. When there’s a real issue, the Brian's of BWWs vanish leaving their waitresses to clean up the mess. That’s not leadership—it’s avoidance. If you can't be bothered to genuinely care about the customer experience, you’ve got no business being in a role where that’s literally your job.

Read moreBWW, is my all time favorite place to eat. Asian Zing is crazy good... However I called today and placed a to go order.. I called at 11:36 AM, asked for my order to be ready at 12:45 pm. When I got there at 12:43, we waited until 1:05 before our food was even ready and brought to us. Also the entire time several customers were waiting in the lobby to be seated, several also walked out as there was nobody around to seat them or greet them. Then when I asked MR. Nathan Young what was taking so long, I had walked in between the to see where they bag everything, he said.. " I do not appreciate the attitude and you need to back up" and proceeded to act like he was going to push me back after getting in my face.... I said there is no attitude however I called over an hour ago and asked to have my lunch ready at 12:45, I got no response as he turned and walked away without saying a word. Very unprofessional. and also walked in and out without seating our greeting any customers. I didn't get a I'm sorry for your wait, or any apology what so ever actually. Just attitude from someone who is the Assistant GM, I understand that Buffalo Wild Wings can refuse to service to anyone at anytime.. however I also believe in customer service and setting a standard for your employees to see. When you are in a management type position especially. Thanks for you time whoever reads this. Feel free to email me with any questions. THE WORST PART!!!!! THEY DIDN'T PUT MY BLUCHEESE OR CARROTS TO BEAT THE HEAT......
Read moreI want to preface this post with the statement that we typically enjoy BDubs, but today wasn't a good day for this particular store. We ordered the Chile con Queso, and that was the best part of the meal. We ordered a BOGO 10 Boneless Wings to get 20 total. 10 Honey BBQ for my wife, 5 Original Buffalo and 5 Lemon Pepper for me, and a basket of fries. An hour later, our waitress came back confirming our order and was gonna check what was wrong. We finally got our order brought out . . . With a "little extra thrown in for the wait." 10 Buffalo, 10 Lemon Pepper, 7 Honey BBQ scrap nuggets and no fries, no carrots or celery. The waitress seemed taken aback when my wife questioned why she only got 7 of her order. She said she'd get us the extra 3 Honey BBQ and our basket of fries, no mention of the missing veggies but we just wanted to hurry this along. She came back with 3 hardened lumps of chicken batter partially covered in regular BBQ, not Honey BBQ and no fries. We asked for our check and a to go box. $22 for all of that. The waitress wasn't very apologetic throughout this scenario and there was no offer to discount our check or anything. The fries were left off the check thankfully. I hope her day gets better and our next visit goes...
