7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Springdale

I'm a VERY loyal customer- the staff knows me so well, they all know my name, which is why I'd like for this to go JUST to the corporation, but I can't seem to find just an e- mail for them. I'm VERY disappointed in 2 promotions that they've had, that are linked together. The first being the "BOGO" Saturday that they just had. It wasn't truly a Buy One Get One free, it was buy 2, get half of what you ordered later. Thinking it was a BOGO, I bought 2 large drinks thinking i was going to get one free. If course at this point we all know i didn't get one free, I got a"free" card for a MEDIUM later. So instead of paying for 1 large, I paid for 2. (which aren't cheap). Now IF the staff had said something about, it's a BOGO, but you don't get the free one right away, I wouldn't have been so upset. You DID post it on my customer portal app, but only a couple of days before, NOT A great rep for my favorite coffee company. THEN to add insult to injury, I went to use my free MEDIUM card today after a tough day, and was told it had expired. True, it had the expiration date on the back, but I was never warned by ANYONE that it might expire. Just a little more Customer service from the staff to me as a customer would've been EXTREMELY nice. I don't blame the staff, I blame management for making this communication error, if NOT having your staff communicate the BOGO and the expiration date. Probably one of your best customers, and for the first time I have a bad taste in my mouth about 7Brew....

I've come here twice now, once for an Italian cream soda and once for a blondie - no coffee. In both cases, the service was quick, and the person taking our orders was friendly. When we got multiple drinks, they wrote what they were on the top so we didn't get them mixed up.

So, product. They have milk alternatives, namely almond and oat, but I think there might be a third one I can't recall. (If you've never tried oat milk, it made my blondie taste a bit like warm oatmeal, which was excellent on a cold evening.)

They have a wide variety of drinks, and I suggest going through the menu on your phone before you pull up to order, or you'll be there all day looking through the options on the boards outside! Pro tip: the website can be a little difficult to navigate on mobile. There's a drop-down menu at the top of the list where you select the kind of drinks you want to look at. It doesn't just list them all.

For non-coffee drinkers like myself, they have a wide variety of drinks for you, and pretty much any of the flavored coffees can be ordered without the espresso. I haven't found anywhere else around here that does italian cream soda, and man, I got addicted to those things back in college. Been dying to have another, and I'm glad I found one of the million locations they have! lol

THEN: The coffee is AMAZING as ever, except a less then handful of times did they not make it right and if they make it wrong they definitely make you a new one with a smile! They are very attentive to you! WHEN I first started coming there! That was 2 years ago!

THE Now: They have changed hands a lot! All my people that made me feel alive and happy is gone!

The new people don't make you feel like you are wanted there! They are not as happy as they use to be! I don't know if the owners told them to calm down or what!

One of the major reasons I went THERE, "like 5 to 7 days a week" is bc I loved how the employees made you smile, no matter the wait time! If you had a frown on your face, they worked at getting you to smile and laugh!

Now, I hardly go to the 7Brew on Sunset bc the morale is so NOT the same...
