Economy Inn — Hotel in Springdale

Didn’t get to stay as i assume he gave our room away! We pre-paid for 2 nights through southwest.com to attend a football game. We arrived at 230am and was immediately told to go away there were no rooms. We said we prepaid for our room and showed him the confirmation. He became angry and told us to get off his property. We then said we want a refund and then he started screaming at us in a foreign language. About this time his drunk son arrived in an Uber and started yelling at us and telling us to leave. He tripped on the step and fell into my car twice. At this time i decided to call the police before the situation escalated as we kept asking for our money back and they then threatened and actually acted as if they wanted to fight. The police ended up not being able to do anything and suggested we take up the issue with southwest. This left us with nowhere to stay at 4am!||Avoid...

My husband and I stayed here on our way back home to Mountain Home Arkansas from Tulsa Oklahoma...a turn and burn if you would.....we were extremely exhausted and couldn't go further. We pulled in at 2:30 a.m, rang the bell and was quickly greeted with a "Good morning".. I inquired about the room availability and the rate... availability yes....rate (out of our travel price range)... The gentleman was quick to offer me a discount so we wouldn't have to endanger ourselves or anyone else on the road due to driving tired. The room was absolutely spotless, smelled extremely clean and WAS, very peaceful sleep on an extremely comfortable king size bed. We definitely recommend this place to any and all travelers going thru Springdale Arkansas that needs a safe and secure place to rest. Ask...

Excellent place to stay Not only is the place affordable, but it's also clean, and the staff goes out of their way to accommodate you at any time of day or night. My husband and I traveled to town for a job and didn't get in until well after midnight. We ended up having an issue with our debit card, so the gentleman was very accommodating and friendly. He was extremely patient and insisted on assisting us in resolving the problem rather than simply dismissing us. The gentleman was able to resolve the payment method issue, process payment, and get us checked in while maintaining the utmost respect and hospitality. Most hotels have forgotten how they should treat their guests as if they were their own guests, but not this one. If Google would let me, I would rate a 10 for...
