First off, I'll say the girl at the front was amazing and extremely kind. We ordered on the phone, she even read my order back to me before leaving so I am assuming the kitchen is where the issue lies. We were told 15-20 min and only had to wait a few minutes for them to get it together, so fast for sure The restaurant was very clean. We used to frequent Joes weekly and was hoping for the same food after reading it was the same owner and rolls looked the same. We called in Friday night 5/23 which was their grand opening. Not very busy. My kids loved the Alfredo. The lasagna tasted frozen, my son said the school lasagna was better, which shocked me. The rolls were hard and stale, we didn't get the dipping oil it said it came with. This was very sad, we love the rolls. My Genevise I couldn't even eat. I asked for fettuccine, because of personal issues I can not eat spaghetti noodles. So my meal was wasted. I was very disappointed to spend over $100 on food and only three of the six of us got to eat. Husband got the Siciliana (I may have butchered the spelling) and said it was delicious. We got a canoli, which online shows two with pistachios. We got one and it was still partially frozen in the middle. The filling was good but I would not pay $9 for one frozen canoli again. I really hope it gets better.

We went last week and I’m still thinking about it! The food portions were big I couldn’t even eat half of it ! Everything was seasoned well very delicious. They have one of the best sauces ever. The staff and owner are the most friendliest people ever . Def recommend

Bread is amazing, the dipping sauce is as well. Cheese sticks were delicious. Main course was the sampler. I had to be rolled out afterwards, it was all so good. Definitely come with an empty stomach. Because you're going to leave full.

From the moment you walk in, you are taken care of and greeted with a friendly welcome. Then, she asked about preferred seating. The service was excellent. Very attentive, ensuring the food was to our liking. The chef came out personally inquiring how everything was and if there was anything else he could do to make our meal more enjoyable. There was not. The food was incredible. The price was less than the Olive Garden, and the food was by far better and very authentic. Nothing was frozen or from a box. The bread that came with the meal was soft and warm. The meatballs were the best I have ever tasted. If you haven't eaten there, you are missing out! Go try it today. You...

Not sure what to say! Except the food was awful, There were four of us for lunch, we only ate the rolls with dipping oil. Spent $106.00 dollars for hot rolls. Sent one dish back and was schooled by a person who came to our table saying they have many restaurants and for 96 years they cooked the food the same. After several minutes of listening to this person, and no offer of removing the dish from our bill, we will Never go to this establishment again. We ever asked our server if the pasta was homemade and she said yes. They Do Not make fresh pasta. And I would bet the meatballs most likely were frozen. Think twice before stopping...
