The Meltdown — Restaurant in Springdale

I had Googled 'diners in Springdale' and this is the place I chose. Their website for online ordering was quite easy to navigate and use. I was surprised to find that they are located inside the Dennys on Sunset by the interstate. I received text messages with any updates to my order. I went inside when the order was complete. The food and drinks were on the counter by the register. I waited a few minutes and no one came out. I verified it was mine and left. I ordered the 'Hittin the Snooze ' combo wih fries and the 'Giddy up' combo with seasonal fruits (banana/apple/cantaloupe). They were both good, but the breakfast one was the winner for me just because of the amount of food....

When I came in, it was easy to find. I approached the host. She didn’t turn to greet me and continued to do her task. I said “ hi my name is____ and I am here for a-“”” she cut me off rudely and said “we will let you know when it’s ready” very passively aggressively and said “there is nothing up there”. Wont be returning. Nothing kills service more than people who hate their job and are the first face you see. The woman who came out of the kitchen and handed me my food, was very pleasant and had a great attitude! Just wish that the Denny’s host would...

Although I had receive my other items which was a Giddy Up Melt and fries, I didn’t receive my Treatin Myself Melt. I’m disappointed that I didn’t receive my other item while still being charged for it. Hopefully next time I order, it will have all of my items in there. In the photo that’s the only items I received in the bag...
