I am highly unsatisfied with the customer service I have received from Boot Barn. I ordered a fleece pullover for my boyfriend’s birthday on September 15th, when I accidentally ordered a Extra Small instead of a Large. I tried calling their customer service department 3 times in a row within 2 minutes of ordering the item: No response as everyone was currently busy helping other customers.
I then emailed their customer service department trying to change the order within 10 minutes of ordering the item. I didn’t receive a response until 3 days later when the lady told me it was too late to change the order and I would just have to exchange the item after I received it in the mail. This was due to the “vendor” they work through not being able to change the order. (Not even the part I’m upset about)
I then received the item in September 21st, contacted them through email letting them know, and the lady responded that they would go ahead and ship the large out, but they had to wait for the item I received to show “shipped” in their system until I would receive a return label through email from them.
I never received the label within a week, I eventually called in a few days ago and she emailed the return label to me on October 5th (keep in mind my boyfriend’s birthday is on October 15th). I also received an UNAUTHORIZED charge on my bank account for $75.06, after they CANCELED the order for the size large fleece pullover that I needed. This was all unauthorized without my permission at all.
I am starting to think this is one giant scam. I would highly not recommend shopping at boot barn or with any of their vendors. I emailed them the proof showing an unauthorized charge on my bank account, and still have yet to receive a response. I don’t do this to put hate in the world, but I would recommend shopping at Rod’s Western Palace or somewhere more PROFESSIONAL, before you decide to get scammed...
Read moreGotta love Boot Barn! This was my first time at this location. The store was clean and well stocked. The displays helped give me some ideas and displayed some combinations I would not have come up with my own. They have a wide selection of almost anything country and western you can imagine. The store could be bigger but they have a good bit of space.
My only complaint is a fairly serious one. They only have one full length mirror in the store. There are mirrors in the fitting rooms but they are locked. I’ve never been to an apparel store where you had to walk more than 10’ to find a mirror. For me, a male shopper, I have to walk to the other side of the store or get someone to unlock a fitting room. That’s just goofy, and wrong. I’m sure it doesn’t help drive sales either.
Check them out, but be careful, it’s hard to walk out without...
Read moreI will admit I dont tend to wear boots. Took my cousin for his first pair of boots to show at the county fair. I heard of this place through work so that's why I went. Ended up being very impressed. Staff could tell I knew nothing about boots so helped my cousin get his first pair. While they were helping him I went and looked around for me. Each row was a size of boot with dozens of different style and prices. Saw most were under $300 but saw a few very high prices ones. They had clothing but none that I needed. They had a cowboy hat section with several styles but again I know nothing about cowboys hats. My experience was good because of the staff...
