So I ordered online and my food said delivered at 5:05 pm. Checked outside order was not there. Ten minutes later after it says delivery completed here comes a driver with the order. The bag was not sealed and no receipt on the bag. Half of my order was missing. I work from home and didnāt get off until 8:30 pm, but I was calling the restaurant, no answer and kept getting a busy signal. So when I got off went to the store I explained what happened. The cashier said that the young men that were making the orders have been messing up orders all day and she tried to pull up my order but couldnāt, I gave her my order number and name and showed my online receipt. She said they would make the order over for me. I was fine with that. She said she had to wait for the manager. I waited over an hour, only for the manager to tell me that he would not redo the order even though I brought the food back up there to them. He then cursed at me because I said Iām not leaving without my order or my money back. He then accused me of stealing. I told him I have been a loyal customer for years and never experienced this and I told him well maybe the driver took it, he then said the drivers are not employees of BW3s and there is nothing he can do about it. On top of that they had the boxes of food open that I brought up there and flies were on the food. He told me to take what I have and if I donāt leave he will call the police on me. I told him the food is 3 hours old and itās cold and I was trying to feed my family. He had no compassion whatsoever and accused me of stealing in front of all those people. I have never been so embarrassed in my life. I have a disability for crying out loud and was treated like nothing! I didnāt get my food and I didnāt receive a refund. He tried to give me the food that had flies on it and honestly I knocked it out his hand it hit the floor, no excuse for my behavior but it was after his threat and lies I became furious and frustrated. I will never go that location ever again and honestly I love this restaurant but he killed it for me I donāt think I will ever...

I got to the store to pick up our food and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I paid for our food and waited. 30 minutes went by and still no food. The young lady up front asked me if I had been helped and I told her yes I had. Funny thing was she was the one who waited on me when I walked in. While I was waiting I over heard her tell someone on the phone that if the order was over $30 that they would have to pay via a txt link or have to wait for the food when they got to the store if they were paying in store. Our order. Was $26.00. I went back up the counter wanting to know what was going on. I told her I paid for our food and she asked if we paid via the txt link. I told her no I paid in the store . I had also txt my wife and ask if she had been told about the over $30 would have to pay by txt she said she as not told that at all. The girl got mad when I asked for some sort of comp. She got the general manager who told me that they had only been open 2 weeks, which I knew was not true. We had ordered from them about 2 months ago. I finally got our food. Got home and they had forgot our fries. I went back and asked for a refund . They refunded the money but told me that would take 3-5days to post as a refund.
We will not go there again and I told the manger I did appreciate being lied to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFor the second time my order was incorrect. The last time the wings were dried up and tough as if they were overcooked, which is well beyond extra crispy. This time, the order was supposed to be ready at 8:04 p.m. they did not bring me my order until 8:15, Even though the order showed as if it had been completed at 8:04. When I asked them why, they just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. It's obvious their gaming the system so that they don't get dinged for falling behind on schedule. When I got home, some of the wings were cold, none of them were cooked extra crispy, and one wing was undercooked. It was obvious they just scraped up whatever wings they could find to hurry up and feel the order. This is highly disappointing because I absolutely loved this establishment and I tried to frequent them weekly, a practice I'm considering abandoning.
UPDATE* The manager emailed me immediately and explained the issues with clarity. He didn't day this, but I realized the problem isn't with this branch. It's with the IT department. He also gave me a complementary replacement order to compensate for the other issues, to and I've again I was pleased with the food and service. He's a great manager. I've been there since and I'm sure I'll be back...
