Run by ghetto workers came in today asked for a matcha w light ice and 8 scoops of matcha. As I get everyday from this dunkin. AND I MEAN EVERYDAY! she gets mad because as I’m at the window there talking about what’s made and what’s not I used to work at dunkin also the kicker I know there protocols. She talks about my matcha and I asked the dude why didn’t she blend it it’s gotta be blended w water and matcha before it can be added well they were trying to just throw everything in the cup and shake it up. Can’t do that w matcha it won’t melt. He said I’ll make sure she does they blended the ice in the matcha literally making a watery milky drink due to doing that also didn’t add double matcha the drink is almost white. That was the real indicator the color was off so much. Then I came back in and asked for a remake and she just had this tone and goes what’s wrong w it is there not enough matcha as if she knew there wasn’t so then I just stated I want a refund. This is when big red wasnt having it before I could even get my words out she’s cutting me off every sentence and gets mad because she wants to just remake the drink I lied and stated I didn’t have time she said it’ll take two seconds even when it took way longer to make it the first time she then states I can’t give u a refund because there’s no manager alright do your no manager protocol write my name down on the receipt and have me come back tomorrow for it. Again dunkin knowledge she states they’ve never done this ever really just had it done two weeks ago for other location. Everyone does it after arguing w her about not wanting the drink she then puts it down and goes can’t guarantee anything. I went to walk away and as I do they say something about the drink I turn around to grab it this lady starts yelling at me about manners and being rude as if my whole encounter w her had been polite or pleasant I then gave her the deserved finger at that point and walked away I will be back tomorrow and if she won’t give refund police will be called to dunkin. Read moreI ordered a caramel frozen coffee which I order at every Dunkin I go to. I was told they could not put the cinnamon sugar on it nor the caramel drizzle unless I ordered the caramel cream frozen which doesn't taste like caramel. They stated it was a new policy which was not posted anywhere. They also said in the app I could take off the cream for the caramel creme frozen coffee which you can't do. Very rude and argumentative especially when I stated you can't take off the creme and it tastes to much like vanilla and not caramel when you order the caramel cream frozen coffee. I go to Dunkin Donuts twice a day and have never had as many problems with any location besides this one. Very rude pretty much shoved my drink at me through the drive thru and kept saying you can do it on the app along with new policy we don't add the drizzle or cinnamon sugar unless you are ordering one of the drinks which has it aleeady listed. What is the use in being able to add flavor to your coffee if the location doesn't want to make it correctly. It always tastes like vanilla and not caramel unless the one girl makes it that came to the drive thru window to ask what I requested. Dark hair tan skin and she was the only polite one there. Worst experience I have ever had at any Dunkin Donuts and will travel the extra miles to go to another location besides this one. Read moreThe worst dunkin to accept door dash orders from, even if the store is not busy your order will be marked completed and ready for pick up without an bit of effort to start the order. Constantly waiting past pick up times 5 to 10 minutes 15 minutes plus for no reason other than employees are lazy and or do not like the extra work of dash orders. Your forced to stand in a corner like a pariah of society waiting for someone to help or ask what you need while everyone avoids making eye contact and acts like they dont see you. You get the same service if the store is busy and full or not, this particular time the drive thru had 1 car and the inside was empty. Very unprofessional I am there to help you make money and deliver to your customers. I have to waste my time not only there at location but as well when your customers leave bad reviews meant for your inhospitable actions. Employees are rude and need to be retrained to better accommodate delivery orders and start what they can when they can instead of marking orders complete to keep ticket times in compliance with corporate standards. That's called fraud and being a liar at the cost of hurting customers and delivery drivers. I cannot afford to loose money at this location, this needs addressed and needs better leadership...
