Harvest Plaza — Local services in Springfield Township

I shop here very regularly, 4-5 times a week. For the last month Gatorade and Doritos have been basically non existent which has been a huge inconvenience because I've had to go to another store several times to get these items. There has only been 1-2 lanes open, and I always have to load my groceries because the cashiers will not do it anymore. They instead bag the groceries and set them at the end of the belt, then when they are done they will give you your total, you pay, then they start ringing up the next person's groceries. If you aren't fast enough loading your own bags into the cart they will mix your groceries with the next customers at the end of the belt. This has happened the last several times...

Giant Eagle is my favorite store. The bakery can't be beat. Prepared foods are awesome. Their fried chicken and rotisserie chicken, I like as well as KFC or better. The deli is good ...nice choices and can taste it before you buy. Chicken salad is good 👌. Produce and meats are always good. Prices have gone down and their reward program is good. Poorly managed. Watched a manager yell at the short staffed clerks about moving customers through the line faster rather than stepping in and helping herself. Last week, had a manager reprimand a cashier (employee) in front of me (customer) about having worked 10 minutes of overtime on their last paycheck. Quite petty and unprofessional if you ask me, especially in these times. No wonder good employees are...
