I came in the store to look for a new baby ferret. I have been really excited to get a second one and I called the store before coming in. The girl was very rude to me on the phone, and very unknowledgeable. I asked her about the ferrets and she didn't even know how many there were and acted like it was a hassle to go and check. I still wanted to see for myself so I drove all the way to the store, about 30 minutes. I get there and see that the ferrets aren't even allowed to come home yet. Which was fine but I still wanted to see if I liked one so I could come back on Friday to take it home. We waited about 15 minutes to be helped, finally I went up to the young man with the long hair and ball cap working the small animal section, and I said I know the ferrets aren't able to go home till Friday but is there anyway I could see them, I'm 21 and have my ID, he said no and immediately walked away. I didn't even get a chance to ask any questions or anything. He was extremely rude. We left immediately, walked out to the car, to find him smoking a cigarette outside and on the phone. I love Pet Supplies Plus but the customer service here was terrible. I will never return to this store. By the time I was finished typing all of that he was still standing outside smoking a cigarette in his uniform. Lovely image for Pet...

Edit: I used to love this store see my previous review, however after today I will never be back. Came in to buy flea medicine for my dogs and cat and informed them their pricing on the display was incorrect, for some reason this confused every person working. I had to physically take the male over and show him it was wrong, to which he replied “well you’re getting it cheaper” THATS NOT THE POINT! The point is the pricing is incorrect, there is no sales flyer anywhere stating that it’s on sale. And he has the audacity to tell me “it’s because it’s a weekly sale” so I sat there before knowing all of this looking up pricing to price match to get it cheaper. What a waste of my time. Absolute waste of time for a little sticker you could have put up to reflect the sales price. I’m going back to ordering on chewy at least they are up front WITH EVERYONE about pricing. Screw this store and their dishonesty.

My favorite pet store by far! I love the def dog wash and the groomers did a great job with my lab who has severe anxiety, they always have fresh super worms for my gecko and really nicely priced food for my cat and dogs. We returned a fish we had purchased that had died within the return period. We also supplied a water sample. The girl that takes care of the fish which also told me she was the manager on the phone said our nitrites were too high and refused to refund the $12.00 fish. I told her there were lots of healthy and even baby fish in the tank the sample came from. We returned fish in the past with no problem even without a water sample. The girl stated it was always their policy. I ask for a written copy of the policy which I didn’t receive. I also didn’t see these test results. I wouldn’t recommend buying fish from a place with an arbitrary quarantine that can be enforced at will without any documentation. I called the corporate office and left a message which so far hasn’t been returned. I also talked to someone on their neighbor support line that said she would check into it but so far have not...
