McDonald's — Restaurant in Springfield Township

Avoid this location, take the time and drive to Shelby, Crestline, Galion or Bellville location. This location has gone down hill the past few years. It should no longer be considered fast food, just take out I went there this morning and did curbside for breakfast. Yes I anticipated I would have to wait for my food a little bit because it was obvious they were busy. However after waiting 20 minutes for them to bring my food out that is suppose to be "fast", I ended up going inside. My food was sitting on their back counter along with other people's food to be brought out. Because they did not bring my food out in a reasonable amount of time, my food was cold, My cold drinks were quickly becoming warm and one of my drinks was even the wrong size. I did call the location and the gentleman that answered the phone was kind and offered for the next time I come in to replace my drink in the cold hash browns. However, I rarely go into the location. Most of the time I am ordering on the app and doing pickup. Also because they made me wait for my food I ended up being late for work (I arrived at 8:33 am and expected maybe a 10 minute wait which would get me to work on time and with time to spare). When I went in to get my food, one of the managers was on the phone with another patron who was also sitting in curbside wondering where his food was). They take forever to push out simple orders, and god forbid you have more than one order, it’s too much for them to comprehend. Ive worked fast food for years a majority of it was at mcdonalds and it hasnt even been that long since i last worked at one so i KNOW it is not THAT hard. Everyone in there moves snail pace or just joking around openly in front of customers that are lined up to the door waiting for their food. They really just dont take anything seriously when they have a line of people inside and outside, which is why you have a line to begin with. You have to explain yourself multiple times if something goes wrong with your order and if you end up leaving thinking your orders right and get home to see its not, good luck. Getting a refund will take up another hour of your time if you got stuck in a giant line already. Everytime i come im basically throwing money at the wind because i dont get what i pay for lol i end up with something similar but definitely not what i paid my money for. And now i either jump hoops to get it or faced with an attitude for it. Theres a couple people at the windows that are nice about it but most the time if theyre gone youre getting pushed out as fast as possible with no care about what theyre handing you. Done...

For a while I was telling you twice sometimes three times a week for breakfast I don't know what changed who got fired if the managers on vacation or what but the food well... It's terrible. I don't expect a whole lot from McDonald's not trying to be mean not trying to be slanders but come on it's fast food we all know it's not going to be the same quality as if you want and got your butt out of bed in 10 minutes earlier and made yourself something. That being said the last few times I've ordered the McMuffin they burn the muffins worse than Anakin on mustafar. In a way it blows my mind that they would wrap it up and send it. then again I've heard countless remarks about how it's not my job from the back so maybe I'm not THAT surprised.

Update Halloween of 24 place is dirty the new leche frappe taste like diabetes and my sausage McMuffin is still burnt. If you don't like your job leave. Angry bittys...
