Good evening Google family. I have patronized this establishment before with my mom. I remember her getting Mahi Mahi and I got the salmon. The food was good but we never came back. Tonight I visited because of the Eagles game against the New York Giants. It doesn't look good for the Eagles so far. When I arrived to watch the Eagles game, I came in a Lyft, I was seated by the hostess. I requested to sit where I could plug in my phone since I brought my charger. I was seated in the viewing area where people just watch the game and don't purchase anything. I then charged my phone. I was completely ignored by everyone meaning the servers. I couldn't believe why everyone was walking by me. Frustrated, I got up from my seat and stopped someone, a server. I explained that no one came to see what I wanted, they just completely ignored me. That has never happened to me in all the places I have gone to, in my life. The server that I stopped, her name was Christine and she came over and assisted me. I was so hungry and happy. If I had my vehicle, I would have left because of the indifference. I ordered decaf coffee, they didn't have hot chocolate like the Millers In Media. I also ordered steamed potstickers, and 2 loaded potato soups. I ate then one at a time. I ordered one potato soup to eat at the beginning of the game and the other one at the end. Christine stopped by repeatedly to check on me. Christine is such a great server. Christine is friendly and efficient and truly knows her job. CHRISTINE SAVED THE NIGHT!! Christine asked the GM to stop by my table to meet me. Avalon is the GM and it was indeed a pleasure to see an African-American male in that role. Avalon proved to be very attentive and sympathetic towards my prior situation. It was indeed a pleasure to speak with him. Avalon offered to discount my meal but I had already paid for it. Then Avalon offered to give me a $30.00 gift card. I said yes and thank you. We had a most endearing conversation. The Eagles lost to the lowly Giants. I had a good night and good experience here tonight. The icing on the cake would have been the Eagles and Phillies winning. The Phillies lost too. Have a great night, be đȘ strong. Healthy, fit and Fabulous. I forgot to mention the rest rooms. I loved that they had a single stall with the sink and paper towels just like the location in Media, plus 4 other regular stalls just like in Media. It was clean. Good night.    Read moreI'm here for mother's day. The wait was supposed to be 45 minutes and after 50 minutes I went to check the status and was told we could be seated. We had a party of 9. We then had to wait even longer because the tables was still dirty. The host left and came back to say we have to split your party into two booths because we don't have two tables to put together as I originally told you. We ordered a bunch of appetizers to share but we did not get small plates. I asked three servers and the host for small plates and never got them for more than 15 minutes while the food is getting cold so I walked to the service line and asked for plates. The raspberry lemonade was nasty so we asked if we could just get sprite. Our waiter had a bad attitude and seem to be frustrated. So he bought out two pitchers of sprite one for each table. I said what about the glasses (remember the nasty lemonade is still in the cups) his response was I only have two hands waving his hands at us. He then bought 2 stacks of plastic cups and sat then on the table. He gave us this long story about how they so backed on the line and he is all over the place and shifts are changing so he will wait to put our entrees in. We are done with appetizers just waiting to order. He finally come to take the order and we are just sitting here trying to talk to our family from booth to booth (remember after waiting for 50 minutes we were told that they didn't have the two tables that we were told we would get) since I am a culinary director I know this is not good customer service. I'm so disappointed on such a special day. We won't be coming here again to spend our hard earned money and the food is not that great. A few hundred dollars wasted. When we sat down the dishes and glasses from previous customers were still on the bar. They stayed on the bar until we were able to finally get a bartender to take and deliver our drink order. Wings took about 15 minutes to come out and were seriously undercooked, meat was cold and red in middle and bone was raw and bloody. Wings and salad came with ranch instead of blue cheese. We asked for new wings because raw chicken is inexcusable and gross. The raw ones sat in front of us for entire meal. There wasnât enough dressing for entire salad and we asked for more. None ever came. Our ribs and fish arrived and were fine, no problems. Finally the wings showed up around the time we finished entrees. They were fully cooked and came with blue cheese. We never got an apology or honestly any kind of attention from staff. It seemed like this experience was the norm. When our check arrived weâd been charged for 2 orders of wings with one of the two being âcompedâ. Iâm not sure if the cooked ones or the raw ones were free? Entire experience just felt like nobody cared. Everyone was just going through the motions. If your food is good- great! If not- itâs no problem weâre so used to that that weâll get you some more⊠eventually. And charge you for it. And no apologies, no greeting, no goodbye.
